I have to admit I was suspicious of this company because their prices are hugely competitive - way below anywhere else. So I checked them out on trustpilot. Satisfied to see lots of great reviews, I went ahead and made my purchase. I was delighted when it arrived perfectly packaged the next day, with free delivery. I can’t fault them. Top quality goods at amazing prices.

Bought a watch 11 09 23 delivered by registered post 13 09 23. The price was cheapest I could find online and I had a good search. I would highly recommend this retailer. Well pleased with citizen eco drive promaster dive watch

- Ordered a Seiko SRDP63K1 last 10/07/2023.
- I tried to look for other shop that can offer the lowest price of the said watch, then I can't any find any other than this shop.
- I was hesistant at first as I haven't heard/known this shop before, but I've given it a try.
- This shop ships/post their items quickly. I just received my watch today here in London - 11/07/2023.
- Properly packed. No damages. Complete with receipt.
- The watch came in brand new together with plastic covers amd properly working as it should.

Received the watch with royal mail special delivery. The watch came really fast. Good packing.

Purchased a Citizen Watch on their website, only to be told a couple of days later that it was in fact shop-soiled stock and had a cosmetically damaged strap that couldn’t be replaced. Was advised I had paid under window price and asked if I wanted to accept this item?

I paid full asking price on the website, what difference should it make if it was cheaper than in store, I’m a remote buyer online, distance selling regulations seem to be ignored? No note of condition on the website. Was pointed to their T’s&C’s that items aren’t guaranteed not to be shop-soiled, but the T’c&C’s even say that all items are New and Unused, so unsure what they are referring to. Very sketchy sales approach. Easy decision to cancel order and purchased elsewhere.

Ordered my new watch on sunday evening ,simpkins contacted me on monday morning to make my payment,watch arrived first post next day. watch was set up and working perfectley .Great service and best price on the net for my item.Well impressed with there service.

Excellent customer service; Quick to respond to queries and fast delivery (ordered late Friday afternoon and delivered by Saturday lunchtime). The watch was as described and set to the correct date and time (thanks, that was a nice touch). I will definitely use them again with my next watch purchase.

wow what a great company, I searched online for a Casio Mudmaster, I found Simpkins jewellers and placed my order, it arrived the following day. Its a stunning watch and matched only by the superb service from this wonderful jewellers, I couldn't be happier, this is how businesses should be run. I found the watch that I wanted for less than other retailers and it was delivered the next day as promised. So nice to find a company that do things right. I won't hesitate to recommend Simpkins.

A quick google search showed Simpkins Jewellers to be the cheapest for the watch I was after. I had never heard of the retailer before, because they have no stores near me, but I decided that I would take a chance and order it. I’m glad I did, because I’m very happy with the watch and the quick service I received.

My order was dispatched quickly via Royal Mail tracked delivery and was at my door within two days, which is very good, especially considering postage was free… After opening the box I could see that the watch looked beautiful and came complete with the correct box and instructions.

The whole experience was excellent. The price and service stand out from some of the bigger online jewellery stores. A+++

I bought a Seiko Kinetic watch for my husband’s birthday for over £450.
However the watch started to lose time within a few days.
We returned it to Simpkins as they requested for testing.
6 days later I had to email to ask if they had received the watch as they had not been in contact.
They had received it and had tested it and found nothing wrong but had sent it to Seiko for further testing.
Three weeks later I hadn’t heard anything from them and got in touch.
That night I found that they had in fact refunded my credit card for the full amount afew days previously and in reply to my email the following day was told that Seiko had found a fault and that I had been refunded.
The reason for my low score is not that the watch was faulty, not their fault presumably, and they were true to their word and refunded the full amount , but their poor communication. I had to chase them up at every turn and not once did they proactively get in touch to tell me what was happening or that a falt had been found.
When they did communicate they were clear and helpful, but I would have expected much more by way of being kept informed.

Mondaine watch offered at way below official website price. Arrived within 3 days (during lockdown) by special delivery, although not charged extra for postage. Guarantee completed and stamped. Excellent service - thank you.

I bought a new Seiko Divers watch SRPE09K1 fromSimpkins Jewellers and it was delivered really quickly but in the incorrect box. I got a note stating that the 'Save the Ocean' box was not with it at the time so it was sent in a PADI box. After stating that I would really like to receive the proper box it was sent to me free of charge once in stock. I was very impressed with Simpkins Jewellers and Chloe in particular who did all she could to help. It is a great watch at a very competitive price.

Ordered a Seiko dive watch at an excellent price. Watch arrived within two working days. Unfortunately the wrong model. Guess a company should be judged on how it corrects mistakes. Simpkins were excellent received correct watch within 48 hours and my postage refunded. Excellent service.

Ordered a Seiko 5 Sports from Simpkins. RRP £250 and available for around £212 on a number of sites and found it at £185 on Simpkins so price very competitive. Plenty of model options (colours etc.) available in stock and delivered within a few days via Royal Mail. Boxed with paperwork and completed warranty card. I'm extremely happy with my purchase and the service from Simpkins. Recommend and will definitely visit again when looking for jewellery and watches.

Very professional company with excellent after sales service. I had a problem with my watch which in no part was a fault of Simpkins Jewellers. They resolved the matter very quickly with courtesy and no quibble and even paid return postage.

Fantastic price on the Seiko SRP775 and super fast next day delivery for free. Great all round shopping experience.
