I am able to call family and friends back home as easily as if they were in the same country with me. The calls connect quickly and the sound is crisp; it is easy to forget the distance between us. I do not need to be glued to my computer or have a separate phone to use simplecall

Signed up and bought £10 credit, calls to Poland advertised at from 1,5 pence per minute you cant get a price to ring a landline only a mobile, 18mins talking and I had £1.85 of my £10 left. Tried their chat line and am told that calls are 42 pence per minute, cheaper to just call, a total rip off stay away.

Everytime I try to call my grandma or my uncle who has a different number it goes to another random number and the man who keeps picking up is getting frustrated. Am still being charged for these phone calls. We phoned customer service several times and they have told us to wait 24 hours, after which the same thing occurs. If you ask to speak to the manager they wait and then tell you they are 'not available', every single time. This time my mum said she would make a complaint and the man on the phone at customer service started laughing at her. Maybe because her english is not very good, I dont know but it was just a disgrace and not funny at all. Going to look for another company and expect an apology and refund from SimpleCall.

There are lots of international calling service around but from simplecall i have got the exact service i was looking for. Its so simple that even my granma can make call back home with the press of a single button. I really like and depends on simplecall.

i am using simplecall from past few years and i am really pleased with their service...the great quality and honest billing service they provide which is rare..me my family n friends are pleased with simplecall. you can try too.

These people are scams. Once you sign up and pay the money, they give you a password. But that password doesn't work in their dialler. They ask you to call an access number (additional 4 cents/minute on top of the regular fee) to make a call. You will have to go through the ridiculous customer service to find a login for the dialler. Then it constantly fails to register using that login in that dialler and says invalid user, even though you can see that you have money in your account. Hoax!

I have been using SimpleCall to call my friend and family here and back in home. I am pleased with their calling quality and services. The thing i like is that they wont give any wrong or false promises to attract customers. SimpleCall is very trustworthy and reliable that i must have to mention.

I am using SimpleCall like 5 years! I am very pleased with their quality and commitment. They have superior customer service who provide instant support any time. This is what i like most. I never get stuck with any problem with their service. They always give me the solution. I think they should improve their PC Dialler software little bit more to make it more convenient to call from laptop/pc. Moreover i am happy with Simplecall :) three Cheers!

I used to use calling cards before to call abroad. 4 years ago one of my friends recommended me simplecall. I gave it a go. Awesome! Since then I never used any other service as I am so happy with Simplecall. It always connects me with my family and friends back home whenever I want and never let me down on quality. I especially like Simplecall Direct number feature which made my life much easier. Also like the transparency they provide for my calls and billing. Well its been a year that I am using Simlle call to call back home. The first thing it did was to make me free from carrying more than one phone.
The call quality is good enough to pay a bit extra for Pakistan calling rates. The direct dial feature is another blessing.
over all I am happy with Simple Call.

I tried other low cost service and I prefer to use simplecall now for good quality and value for money

I think simpleCall is simply fantanstic. They offer really cheap call rates to all over the world. I use them to call my family in India , the costs are really low and they dont have any hidden charges like others. And their call quality is crystal clear amazing. i recommend them to everyone to give a try.

Goog quality calling service. Price is exceptable but not for for all the countries. Please try to reduce the call rates for asia.

I Just Came to London from India and because I am jobless I was scared to call to my Parents and my relatives in India because of High Rates, Hidden Charges.

I and my family regularly use SimpleCall and highly recommend it. I love being able to add multiple numbers onto my account so my wife and others can use my account simply by dialing the access number.

I also like the direct dial feature which allows you generate local numbers to add to your phones speed dial which are mapped to international numbers you select. This allows us to call our relatives directly without the hassle of having to remember codes, international numbers, etc.

I am a Simple Call customer and I can directly call abroad to my clients, no pin is necessary. I am happy with their service and recommended my friends.
