Received call about missold Pension SIPP, started to to speak to Chris Gibson at Simplle Claims, absolutely on the ball, kept updated and informed throughout claim. Very good result and not extortionate fees for work done. Result is I have a lump sum that is going to make a difference, thank you Chris and Simple Claims

Having been badly advised regarding a pension investment many years ago I assumed my money was lost. I contacted SCA Ltd with little optimism and explained the circumstances to Paul who was both sympathetic and professional in our subsequent chats. Paul also kept me updated at every stage of the process. The case via the relevant authority was handled from start to finish by Paul and resulted in a recent call to say that I would be reimbursed in full (with interest). The money was transferred to my account three days after the call. If, like me, you have little understanding of the process of appealing pension investment errors and even less of a clue what to do about it I couldn't recommend SCA Ltd and their staff highly enough...they're clearly experts at what they do. Recommended.

Totally fantastic service really really cannot thank them enough mum thought her money was lost through no fault of her own and simple claims got it back for her , it has made mum ill as that money was to help her as she got older in life and when it was gone she worried so much , the helpful team was super Paul was very patient in helping me help get all the information was needed. When we received the call from Andy to say mums claim was successful it totally has changed mums world . I have rated the services of SCA as a 5 or 100% which means to us it was excellent.
I wouldn’t normally give such a high rating as it is rarely warranted ….so why?
From the initial call, to receiving the paperwork, to being shown each step of the process, to receiving the compensation, all was done with such care, consideration and professionalism that it felt seamless and easy.
We had deliberated for years before deciding to go to a claims company and putting our case into the hands of SCA was a good decision.
