Andy and his team are brilliant. I got compensation from the fscs on my own account, but not to the amount that I should have been given. Andy was very thorough with his findings in my case and it only took three months for the fscs to get back to me with more compensation. That is not good enough for Andy though, because he has spotted a possible error that could see me being given more. Simple claims assistance Ltd is doing fantastic work on behalf of all the people who were scammed into transferring their pension into high risk sips. Well done Andy, keep up the excellent work.

Cannot speak highly enough of how the Simple Claims team dealt with my claim.
Even after my claim was successful I was unfortunately experiencing difficulties on receiving my payment, as FSCS decided to pay the Insolvency Service (who said they had an interest in my claim due to a bankruptcy in 2014, which later they apologised for their mistake!!!!) without checking with them.
But Simple claims came to the rescue and I am now a very happy person.

Simple Claims Assistance have been the only claims form that have approached me and not been pushy. Initially enquiring about my Ethical Forestry investment, I felt comfortable and trusted their approach to helping me. I also asked them to help with my GPG Dolphin claim, which had just gone belly up! Andy has kept me regularly updated and I recently got all my Ethical Forestry investment money back.
