Sizing is terrible and returns are strangely difficult

Sizing is terrible, I ordered a size L, and it wouldn’t even button up over my chest, I have D cups and I’m a size 12-14, so you’d think the largest size the store offers would fit me, but apparently not. I’m still trying to initiate a return, but apparently it needs to be ‘approved’ by the merchant which is yet to happen. It also seems like I have to pay for my own shipping, so I’m still losing money on this purchase?? Hoping they accept my return soon so I can ship it and get my money back ASAP. The top was $90, also!

Shipping issues

I placed an order for an item to wear to a wedding, I made sure to go for something with no pre-order timeframe and also selected express shipping (which I paid for) and allowed for a few weeks as well just in case, i received notification the very next day that the item had been dispatched.
I noticed after a week or so there were no additional updates in the shipping so I reached out and enquired as to what’s gone on, I was told that it was still with the “tailors”- Which I personally find odd as I received a shipping notification. I was advised they would “prioritise” this order and refund me for the express shipping.
However the 2 days have passed and I still have not received any shipping updates.
The wedding this item was purchased for is literally less than a week away now and I’m not hopeful that my item will even arrive within the time frames advised.

Personally I wouldn’t be upset if I hadn’t received confirmation of the order being “dispatched” and “shipped” but it gave me a false sense that it would come within plenty of time, and now I’m scrambling to find something to wear.

Satisfied

I was a little scared to order at first because i didnt see that many people talking about it online. but i was searching online and saw an ad on Pinterest of this company and i decided to try it out. All was great and it arrived quite fast (10 days). the only thing i would really recommend before ordering is check ur measurements and size up!

Very cute clothes! But strong smell.

Very cute clothes!! Was surprised that the delivery was fast (I live in Scandinavia and it only took a week+ to arrive). The sizes do run a bit small, I'm usually an M but the tops that I ordered fit more like S, should've gotten an L, so if you're in-between sizes pic the larger one. The pants were perfect though, I totally recommend the Lucy pants.

I unfortunately have to mention the strong chemical smell. I had to immediately wash them upon arrival because the smell was just so strong and weird. It disappeared after the first wash so it was manageable, but I do urge the sellers to look into it.

Perfect black pant

Cheap and misleading

Bought these and was so excited! But when I opened them, I was so disappointed by how cheap they looked. I went back to the listing because I could have sworn they were meant to be a wool material and noticed the listing says wool material (direct quote from the description: ‘Made from a sleek wool fabric and incorporating mini trouser shorts beneath, these garments gracefully embrace your silhouette, enhancing your curves while ensuring comfort.’ )! It does say ‘polyester’ further down but I assumed that was referring to the inner ‘skort’ material. Any explanation for why it is described as ‘wool fabric’ in the description would be useful! I feel like this is very misleading :( material is very cheap looking and constantly creased which shows up very obviously due to the sheen on material :( Also noted that I submitted my review on their website but it has not been published! I assume they only publish the good ones on their website lol.

However, they are synthetic fabric and considered as polyester, not all polyester is created equal, and we make sure to use high-quality variants. Our materials are selected for their flattering designs and breathability, making them perfect for spring and summer wear. However, this means the fabric isn’t very thick, which helps keep things light and airy. The downside is that it can crease easily. Even linen, an expensive material, can crease easily. Dissapointed

Did not recieve agreed transfer on shipping for an exchange of wrong size. So ended up paying double the price on the already expensive trousers. Trousers arrived with a strong chemical smell.

Disappointingly cheap

Update: I'm changing my rating and taking one star off. Not only is the seller's answer misleading but she's changed it to make herself look better after making some modifications to her business practices.

For example, the seller claims that her clothes contain a composition tag, which is completely false (at least at the time of my order).

The seller has now changed the description of the cardigans on her website with a composition that goes as follows: 40% Cotton, 20% polyester, 25% Acrylic, 10% wool.

At the time of my purchase, it only said ‘cotton’, which implied that the item was made entirely of cotton. Had I known it was mostly made of artificial fibres, I would never have bought it.

As for their return policy, they do indeed have one, but with a multitude of additional charges that are deducted from the final amount. I've never seen that with any other company, what a rip-off!

I strongly discourage anyone from buying from this brand. They are dishonest and offer poor quality products for the price.

I ordered a pair of trousers and two cardigans.

The cardigans are cute, but their website indicated they were made of cotton, which is definitely not the case. There is no composition tag (kinda suss honestly), and it's very obviously made from synthetic material just at the touch of it.

The trousers fit poorly and feel very cheap. Unfortunately, their return policy is so bad that I have to keep them.

I am not one to leave reviews like this, but I have never experienced such an unprofessional business.

My order arrived damp due to a hole being in the package, clothes had a terrible damp factory smell, the return process was incredibly hostile from the start.

Had to pay my own shipping back to them (fine) only gave 14 days for my order to arrive at their Sydney location (luckily it did but if it had been delayed they were very clear I wasn't getting my money).

Tried to shift the responsibility of submitting a damage in transit claim on me when it's their responsibility as a retailer.

To top it off, they deducted 8% FROM MY REFUND! Claimed that there were platform 'fees' that deducted this much, but PLEASE NOTE shopify platform fees associated with transactions range from 1-3%, even after considering the extra Shopify fee for third-party payments. They're trying to make a profit from these associated 'fees'.

SUPER SHADY BUSINESS! They do not want to give you your money back. The quality of the clothes is not reflective of the price at all.

Beware of the delivery timeframe! RUNS LATE

I have never run into a delivery issue with any online shopping company (both domestic or international) other than with SCG. I am not sure how the standard delivery process works in such an odd way but usually the delivery service company is obligated to send you updates on the order delivery date and timeframe. Waited for 20+ business days for the order.

Lost faith in ordering from this company and reliability on the delivery system they’ve partnered with.
