Customer Service is outstanding!
Plagued with a medical challenge, I found my self needing to cancel my subscription.
Scott was more than helpful in assisting, only requesting I consider again if my situation changed.
Great to see a person respond promptly and not be sucked in to a black hole of corporate greed.
Refreshing to do business with and will definitely see me re-subscribing in the very near future.

Great company, great service!
I have been a member of rlm for a year now, upgraded to the aggressive as soon as it was available! Awesome plan, fantastic service, Scott is always very responsive and actually cares about his customers! You won't find a better company to deal with, quality products and service!

We have recently moved away from that as you can tell in your last shipment of Northland Tackle and Whiskers soft bait. Moving forward the Youth option of Random Lure of the Month will have the same quality as our Aggressive boxes.
