Jamie responded to my call immediately and even though he was the other side of Glasgow turned up at the time he said he would, very friendly and fixed my vehicle quickly and efficiently, it’s not that I wouldn’t mind chatting to him again but due to my own stupidity I hope I don’t ever have to use his services again. 😎

What a fantastic service. Following total panic, Jamie arrived within 15 minutes, friendly, quick service. Excellently done. I hate to say it, but for obvious reasons I hope never to need this service again! But, if I ever do, it'll be Jamie that I call! Thanks.

After my phone call, the guys were on site under 2 hours, the communication from them was great. Run down when exactly going to be there. Pleasant and explained everything through the process.

Could not fault the professionalism and knowledge to relieve my anxiety from a massively stressful situation.

The technician was actually on his way home for the night when I called and went out of his way to travel two hours to help me, I could not be more thankful.

Had my car back on the road within 45 minutes, cleared any faults and cleaned components that were contaminated and car has been running smoothly without any faults.

A moment off stupidly on my part.

I own a petrol car I've been driving diesel vans for work 20+ years and it was a first for myself .I was in a hurry and didn't notice i only put £15 of petrol in my van drove off got roughly 3 miles ..
Van was spluttering and then realised id put petrol in .

In a panicked state gave simple fuel solutions a call was gave a 99% that he would get my van up and running .
1hour later on the roadside a professional arrived and got me back moving I did take van for a service a week later and all is still well .

I’d mistakenly put petrol in my diesel car. Ethan attended promptly and dealt with the issue, getting me back on the road in no time. He was extremely friendly and we had a good chat while he was working. Excellent service.

I put the wrong fuel into my car the night before I had to leave to go to work need morning (journey was over 200 miles).
I was stressed incase I couldn't travel but I was recommended this company. Phoned them & they assured me they could help. They arrived early next morning as advised sorted the issue & I was able to drive to work after they had finished.

Fantastic service, extremely professional, courteous , knowledgeable, friendly, and reasonable price. Put petrol in my diesel Insignia , called Tom and he was here in 15 minutes. Nothing was a bother to him and he explained the process to me. All done in half an hour.
