Quality is better than expected, but there is a weird line around the bulb of the 4" pipes. Also the small hole could have been smoothed out instead of rough edged. Thank you for the fast delivery.

These pipes are good pipes. the glow in the dark (GID) Gecko is situated so the head points to where the hole is locate, so if you feel the gecko or see the gecko you won't have to worry about having hot oil flow out onto your body.

i just used this site for the first time, and my experience was great! the prices were better than anywhere else i've ever seen. unfortunately my order came shattered, but it was not the company's fault, as it was packed extremely well and with care. upon emailing customer service, i received an email back in UNDER 20 MINUTES telling me they would send me a new one immediately, and i didn't even have to send the broken one back. i had to email again a little over a week later because i didn't receive an update regarding shipping, but they sent me tracking information right away and i received a replacement soon after. the quality is amazing for the price and their customer service is on par. highly recommend!

Product ordered was exactly what I wanted. It even arrived earlier than projected. Solid business right here. Defenitley gained a lif long customer.

I dont know what has happened to this company but their stock and their website has gone to HECK !!! Website loads slow...and it takes forever to just view a product. As for their stock they dont carry what i want anymore and all the descent pipes are all sold out. I inquired about this problem and the response i got was that their wholesale price was high. If there is a pipe i like i will pay extra for it because of its quality from this company.
I have a real strange feeling that this company has bought out by someone who just doesnt care about their customers (at least thats the feeling ive gotten). I have doing business with this company because of the lack of stock and the lack of caring for its customers. Too many other websites out there that offer the same products, some higher priced, some lower priced, but they all have their listed products IN STOCK !!!!
I have been a loyal customer of theirs for over a year - UNTIL NOW. No more recommendations, no more purchases, no more SGP !!

UPDATE as of 8-8-23 -
SGP has improved their stock. At least most of what you’re looking for is in stock. Ive actually placed a couple of orders and am SLOWLY returning as a customer. Seem to be doing more business with their sister company SmokingCats. I’ll rescind this “bad” review if they get stock back in on their basics and go-tos.

Ordered a quartz 6 inch bulb shaped piece that looks absolutely beastly when I got my hands on it! Also a pyrex piece combo with lighter and carrying case. Finally the resistuance: a simple water pipe I couldn't wait to get my hands on and lips around lol. Unfortunately, tbh I dropped the freaking package shortly after it arrived on the way to my couch and heard a clank. Looks fine except a hairline crack down the stem of the water pipe where it attached to the bulb you heat up. Should work for now but is there anyway to prevent a full break, duct tape maybe, or heating it up? Ahh I'm scared to do either right now. F*** it, lets test these bad boys out! Btw speedy shipping and plenty of good selection.

Purchased few items online from these guys with express packages 3-5 days but still nothing. Contacted them and spoke through chatbox and they just sucky ppl. Why give that 3-5 days when they literally sat in it for 3 days before I got the email that it was picked up. Now day seven nothing still.. do not pay for they extra shipping they won’t do it but will take your money.. lost my money!!

I have had no problems with this company.
They ship promptly and usually pack their pipes properly to avoid damage.
The only time I received a damaged order was my last order.
The stem arrived cracked and broken but the pipe itself was intact.
This was the only time I received damaged merchandise.

Good company overall

I love this store. I have been doing business with them for a couple years now and they always ship there items fast and always well packaged, out of all my shipments I had one glass piece arrive broken and they replaced it quickly no questions asked. I LOVE THIS STORE!

I am so happy to not have to drive all over my city to look at a limited supply of pipes. They had many choices, including pyrex, which I had been looking for, and they had some great sales. The package arrived very quickly, was packed protectively, and I will only buy from them from now on!

I placed an order for 2 lipstick pipes. What I recieved was 2 glass bulb pipes and one was cracked. I have ordered from this company in the past and been very satisfied. The time from placing the order to delivery is fantastic. However I see no way to return the items I received and I can find no way to contact the company regarding the fact that what they shipped to me is not at all what I paid for. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated. The pipes that I received are useless to me and the both of them together are less than the cost of 1 of what I ordered. To make it even more annoying they are cracked. Not only are they wrong but they are broken and from the looks of things I am stuck with them. I will not be placing anymore orders nor will I recommend them to my friends again
