Had a stainless steel handrail delivered in March and have just got round to fixing it. I am not a great handyman but can usually get by, if you want a challenge, these handrails are for you. I have never seen such an idiotic design with all the tightening points for the brackets hidden next to the wall or behind the handrail. Its up but not sure for how long!
If part of the bracket losens, the whole bracket needs to come off. You cannot just tighten up without removing the bracket. My advice is find a bannister with normal brackets.

The handrail looks good (now) was well packaged and arrived promptly, after sales service was good and the price reasonable.
The negatives are that it arrived badly marked so we had to spend time cleaning it and the fixing brackets are not solid. If they check stuff before leaving the factory and supply better brackets then they would be 5*

Bought a handrail weeks ago. Still not received it. Chased them the first week after not receiving and was told middle next week. Still not received and not getting a reply from emails. Funny how they use a different review site on their webpage that are customers they have invited to do a review. Not very transparent is it.

ordered oak hand rails with dome end caps ,, one long length to be cut into 2 halves with an elbow and joining piece,, arrived all in one length with about 2ft snapped off like a spiral crack, ,, my fitter guy salvaged what he could to service my needs,, the dome end caps are useless they dont even fit the end ,, the elbow wasnt used, so i wasted money on those bits! my bad imsuppose but the rest of the wood is now started to split in places its now a month on ,, yes i understand it dries out etc but its poor quality wood used in the first place,, i did contact them they offered to send another long plede cut into two with a joiner, i did reply if wasnt necessary now as it had been fitted ,, (it was needed urgently as the occupant is disabled and was struggling to get up the stairs) hence why it was fitted,, i did suggest they could supply me 2 extra wall bradkets but i never heard any more and wasnt offered any recompense having spent over £300 a quarter of which was wasted product,, sadly wont be using them again

Ordered just before Christmas turned up shortly after the new year, great price for a great product!

We ordered handrails for our patio via EBay. The company must be running on skeleton staff, they accept your money but you cannot get in touch with them and when you do they give you false information. They sent us the wrong seals to go into the brackets. They told us they were sorting it but our order was placed in May and we still cannot put together the balustrade. They do not answer their emails nor answer their phone. I would seriously consider using these people.
