Made a offer and excepted but after six weeks no further forward. I found the house simple team very unprofessional and lazy. Couldn’t be bothered to return calls and told lies to cover for each other. Only when I with drawn my offer did I get a phone call. I am not saying all staff at house simple are unprofessional but the team which assigned to my purchase where dreadful. I will never buy or sell via house simple, the name spells it out.
