Over the years I hno going to move ad numerous offers…

Over the years I had numerous offers from numerous companies offering to purchase my land. I had an offer from simple land selling and called and spoke with Felix. The rest is history. The deal was made, fast and efficient. We are very pleased. Thanks Felix 😊

Easy, smooth process

The process went very smoothly and very quickly, which I appreciated. The people involved were very easy to reach and answered all my questions. They helped me when I was in a rather desperate situation for money.

I was contacted about an offer to sell…

I was contacted about an offer to sell my property. They made an offer, then took care of everything including all closing costs. I received exactly what I agreed to only took a few weeks to close. Well done!!

Quick Sale for Unexpected Expenses

I wasn’t planning to sell my land, but unexpected medical bills pushed me to look for options. This website stood out because of its simplicity. Seller beware of Simple Land Selling Company!!

Simple Land Selling wanting to put in an offer on my vacant land I have for sale. I listed with an agent. Felix said that was okay. Felix texted me stating they would not be making an offer. I called Felix to get some feedback as to why this decision was made since my land is in a prime location and has all the preliminary work done (engineer studies, surveys, driveways approved, and the plant was filed at the county) so they could start building immediately! He never responded so I call SimpleLandSelling.com and spoke to Jay. Jay said he would investigate as to why Felix wouldn't respond and call me back. Guess what, Jay never called me back. I then called and spoke to Paul, and he told me that since my land was listed with an agent, they couldn't make an offer. I responded that it should matter if my land was listed with an agent or not. This was a big red flag!! Also, the website has no physical address or where they are located! Seller beware of Simple Land Selling!!
