No customer support ...

No customer support ...
I made two purchases in good faith ...
the first seller didn't bother to send my order ..but she got paid .the second seller sent something not even close to what was advertised /ordered...I can not get any answers and I disputed the transactions but but still nothing is resolved and im out my money

Do not but with this auction site

Do not but with this auction site. If there is a problem they will not offer you support or even a simple reply to your messages. They allow sellers to take advantage of buyers while they turn a blind eye. It has been a month since my transaction, a month of begging for help with emails.... no response.

Writing this again to protect others from being scamed.
Don't trust this guy.
Have been selling on this site for a few years, Used to be good, but realized the owner of the site was double billing us. Tried to contact him for months through the site, e-mail and phone. No response at all. Only way to stop the double billing was to stop my paypal card, and called my credit card company for the 2nd billing. No communication at all. Be careful selling on this site. When we did sell we had a 99% perfect rating ((99% positive, 530/538). Can not figure out why he would not like to rectify the problem.

Still waiting on a refund for a lot…

Still waiting on a refund for a lot that was never shipped. Ordered middle of May waited two weeks for vendor to ship and never did so I cancelled. Needed order for a Father’s Day sale. Now waiting on refund! Will never use this site again
