The kindness of Tim Miller and Valerie is very much appreciated! I'm not accustomed to asking for assistance and the above mentioned individuals made me feel very comfortable in assuring me they are there for me.

EXCEPTIONAL Customer Service

My Personal Debt Consultant, Kelly, was absolutely amazing! He ensured I understood each aspect of the program and answered every question. The swiftness of them reaching out to me was welcoming.

Everything was explained well

Everything was explained well. Not all accounts shown are credit reports have to be included. This is my first time getting help with Simple Path Financial, but everything seems straight forward and questions were answered fully.

My experience actually dates back to…

My experience actually dates back to October 18, 2018 (Still have email) and I am shocked this company is still operating. I dealt with a pompous arrogant employee named Randy Reta. His title was/is Sr. Financial Consultant. I received mailer saying I was pre-approved for up to $100k at 5.99% APR if my memory serves me right. This would be unsecured which should have been a red flag, but I proceeded. They pulled my credit report, and I asked why if I was already pre-approved and was told the approval was valid as of the date the mailer was sent but needed to be confirmed. I was told I was denied. I was not yet delinquent on any accounts and then got a hard sell for debt settlement. I was concerned about 1099-C's, as these become taxable income, but he lied saying with their program there would not be any. I told him I was probably going to go through Freedom Debt Relief and felt the loan offer being switched the way it seemed fraudulent. He actually claimed they owned the company and they served as a back office so that I would still be dealing with him.
Freedom Debt Relied said the claim that Simple Path Financial owning them was completely false. There was a Class Action investigation going on against companies like this. I had not retained the mailer and could not think for the life of me what the name of this company was, but I saved the email from Mr. Reta and in looking at their reviews it's apparent they are still up to these dirty tricks. If you have a complaint, you should visit government agency Consumer Financial Protection Bureau to report them.

Recovery Road

I have been trying to resolve my debt issues for several months. First I went to LGFCU and asked for help. I explained that my employment had changed due to previous injuries and my new position did not afford me to honor my contract with them. I was told they could not help me unless I paid my delinquent payments. If I could have done that, my payments would not be behind. I tried several other financial institutions, Freedom Financial, One Main Financial, Lending Tree, etc, but no one could or would help me. Until now. I want to pay my debt, and I will. I just need help. Thank you Simple Path Financial.

Kelly McLemore

Kelly McLemore, my financial consultant, was very knowledgeable and trustworthy. He made me feel confident in my decision and not alone in the process of becoming debt-free. I called other companies before, and they made me feel ashamed of my financial situation. The opposite happened with Kelly. We established rapport instantly because he took his time to understand my situation and what put me there. I truly recommend Simple Path Financial.
