I use excel for about 25 years now and i know bookeeping very well. I bought Their software and it's one of the worst that i used in all my life. I asked for a refund ; i received and email telling that they would contact me in 24 hours but they never did it.

I recently purchased the Budget Planner from Simple Planning.There appears to be a fault with the version I have received preventing me from linking two pages which are required if the product is to be useful. On the website it states the basic package does not come with any Support which is fair enough but this is a purchase issue. I found the contact email hidden in the fine print and sent an email on 30th April 24 to date 10th May I have had nothing except a computer generated receipt on 4th May in which they advise contact within 24 hours. I can only believe I am being ignored because of the no support clause.The product itself seems to be good but I am unsure how any legitimate company is allow to sell anything with no ability to contact in the event of faulty products. I do not recommend purchasing from Simple Planning.
