Just did it for the first time now, wanted to exchange usdt trx to TON and went within couple of minutes, no need to made new exchanges accounts, simple and fast.

Scam website. They will process really small transactions in hopes you trust them with a big one. They will run after that.

I couldn't bridge from tera money thankfully simple swap made that interoperability happen now I can reinvest into better newer assets for this bull run

The support agent was so unhelpful and slow. And my BTC is missing!

I used SimpleSwap for what was supposed to be a simple crypto swap. The transaction got stuck for hours without clear communication or any explanation of what was going on.

After waiting far too long, I asked them to cancel the exchange and return my original funds. They confirmed the cancellation, but only afterwards informed me that my coins had already been exchanged anyway.

Their message stated that, to return my funds, they would have to perform a “reverse exchange”, which would involve “certain losses.” In other words, even though I requested a cancellation before any payout, they executed the trade regardless, and I’m now being told I can either:

1. accept a reduced refund, or
2. take the payout in a form that is worth less than the original amount I sent.

That’s not how transparent, trustworthy financial services behave. Users should never bear losses caused by internal processing delays or unclear communication.

The overall experience has been deeply disappointing — slow execution, vague responses, and a total lack of accountability. Even now, I had to decide between two unfavorable outcomes, both resulting in a loss.

SimpleSwap advertises speed and reliability, but my experience shows a worrying lack of process integrity and customer protection. Be extremely careful using this platform, especially for larger swaps.

Hi! I've previously exchanged funds through Cake Wallet about 200-300 times, making several exchanges literally every day and never had a single problem, but with XOSWAP, I've had several problematic incidents in a row. It later turned out that XOSWAP is an intermediary for SimpleSwap, and they blocked my exchange. They're slow to respond to my questions. After promptly completing verification at the exchanger's request, I waited about two days for a response. The exchanger didn't respond at all and didn't even reply to my messages, which was extremely disappointing. Their service level leaves much to be desired. Now they've asked me to confirm the origin of my funds. I'll provide everything without any problems soon, and I'm sure they'll return my funds, but I'm still very disappointed and will never use this service again. I'll also try to spread this information as widely as possible so everyone knows what exactly SimpleSwap is up to. A shady company with interesting ways to steal other people's cryptocurrency. They simply wasted my time and continue to do so to this day. If you want to waste your time and wait like a fool for two days for answers, definitely exchange your funds with this exchanger. If you're a reasonable person, avoid SimpleSwap and be sure to tell your friends about it. Best regards! Have a nice day!

PS Request #150474. I provided all the required information yesterday, but the exchanger hasn't responded at all, not even a reply. Nothing new, really.

Update: These clowns asked me to write to them at a different email address and provide the same information I provided on November 5th. They're just stalling for time, for no apparent reason. Avoid these clowns. They take two days to respond and can't handle even the most basic exchanger tasks. They're cheap, scamming clowns. Please don't be offended, with respect. Made transfer, got confirmed on chain, they transferred to the other address and then waited for more than 15 minutes to change status to exchanging. Gave me almost 200 USDT then they suppose to.
Seems like they do some shady practices to wait for lower price while already keeping funds.

Great exchange when it comes to needing to bridge via defi. Never had a swap that wasn't successful and I have bridged a lot to multiple chains in a blink of an eye.

I made a pretty dumb mistake and sent my crypto to the address for a previous swap. I contacted their service desk over the weekend providing the appropriate transaction information and received a response within an hour. I was escalated to the correct team and by the next morning they had recovered my crypto and asked whether I would like a refund or to continue the transaction at the current rate (which was actually in my favour).

According to their sites policy and their warning statement on the site they had no obligation to attempt to recover my crypto however they did it anyway and fixed what would have been a pretty devastating loss on my end.
