Only half my order showed up. Fed ex hasn’t gotten back to me and neither has simple tire. It’s been a week since the order was placed. It’s been 3 business days since half the order showed.

Unbelievable how fast my tires showed up and in perfect condition. I'll be back for sure

Both Giga tires and Tire Easy offer two tires delivered for $173.18. Simple tire offers them for $229.24, quite a bit more.

Of course, Giga and Tire Easy may be offering much older DOT code ( manufacture week) tires than Simple Tire, but we will never know because none of the three companies will tell you the DOT code of the tire you are getting. The fact is they can if they really want to but they WON'T

However Giga and Tire Easy will let you return the tire and they will pay the shipping if you are not satisfied with the DOT rating.

In short buy tires online at your own risk. No one will tell you the DOT code of the tires they plan to give you prior to shipping.

Then the next game comes up. Let us say you buy 8 tires today, four for summer use and four for winter use, each with a DOT code of 0422 ( made in the 4th week of 2022) from Discount Tire ( just an example, it could be any other tire manufacturer) They will tell you they will replace your tires for free both in the spring and winter every year if you buy tires from them as long as you have each tire on its own rim. Then in 2027, they will say they can no longer do that because the DOT code is 5 years old and they will insist that you buy new tires because those tires are now unsafe to use and they cannot ethically put them back on for you. Manufacturers tell you to replace your tires six years after the production date. So basically their offer only works for 4 changes, two each every year,, and even though you tell them that each set is used only for 6 months of the year, they claim that the tire deteriorates whether driven or not because they are not keep in controlled conditions and that may in fact be true.

My advice to everyone , buy tires with less than 24 months elapsed before manufacture and see for yourself before you buy.

I had 65000 mile warranty tires that only lasted 35000 miles. They denied my warranty mileage claim because i only had 4/32s left. never again

a good business niche.....free shipping.....i did have a question as i was shopping on sunday, but couldn't call in during business hours. it had to do w/ a price discrepency what was shown as the cost and then the actual cost which was different once item was placed in cart.

Worst customer service ever DO NOT EVER BUY TIRES FROM HERE! We bought 4 Fury tires from here we reached out to let them know and for the to start a warranty with fury this has been going on for months now we have reached out to fury an simple tire several times. They asked for specific pictures showing the full tire and estimates etc from a shop.. Simple tire finally “stated they reached out to fury” but when we contacted fury there were no claims in our names they lied so after getting fury to reach out to the them they all of a sudden have a claim, after months they finally respond saying pictures were not sufficient so instead of reaching out and getting the correct pictures they should have asked for in the beginning I am disregarded and have a vehicle I can not drive due to them not standing behind their work with all 4 tires belts separating from them on a truck that is NOT a daily driver almost new tires thy look. Of all things they ironically don’t carry those specific tires anymore, wonder why..

On time good price and quality. This will be the 3rd set of tires purchased.

Great order process

Bought four tires from Simple Tire. Selected a national chain, Mr. Tire from their installers list. Tires shipped on time and the install was scheduled. Looked good after install. Started driving and the truck shook/wobbled. Took it back to Mr. Tire, they tried (for free) to rebalance. Started driving and the truck but still shook/wobbled. Took it back to Mr. Tire, they tried (for free) to rebalance and did a road force test (roundness) ALL FOUR TIRES FAILED!!!!!, I contacted Simple Tire. I sent pictures of the tires and a picture of the write up from Mr. Tire that all four had failed the road force test. They let me know that their warranty process takes 8-10 weeks and if I want, I can buy another set of tires and wait to see if the warranty is approved. After two weeks they said that the warranty folks got back to them and they needed MORE information than their national installer provided. They asked for more pictures, including inside the tires, tread depth, etc, etc Oh and did I mention that all costs associated with getting all that info are non-reimbursable. Mr. Tire said they would not be able to do all that for free. So I have a shaking/wobbling truck, no other vehicle, I have been to Mr. Tire for install, twice for all four tire balances and one time for a four tire road force test that Mr. Tire wrote up as failed for all four tires and Simple Tire needs more information for their "warranty" process. I don't need a warranty process, these tires did not go bad before their total milage guarantee was up I was sold a defective product. I have now filed a complaint with the BBB and if that does not resolve this matter I will have to file in small claims court.

The prices are indeed slightly below average, and there’s a wide selection.
What I really didn’t like was that I received my tires without proper packaging. Moreover, they had already been smeared with something at the warehouse before being wrapped in tape, and the person who applied the sticker didn’t even bother to clean them.
I had to spend about half an hour cleaning the tires to remove this substance, which had a texture similar to dried caramel. Not only did it look bad, but it was also on the contact points with the rims, so leaving it there was unacceptable.
In the end, I got my tires, but the unpleasant aftertaste remained...

Tires were supposed to be delivered in two days. It took seven days to get them. When they arrived, the side walls are all beat to heck. I can’t put these on my wife’s car. Then I look at the pricing to get another set and they are 20% cheaper than what I paid for them. I feel like I’ve been taken for a ride and not a good one.

Super cheap tires for a reason. Wouldn’t balance out and required between 6 to 8 oz of weight. Had to order a different set from Walmart because these clowns won’t return them as they were mounted. Like of course they was how else are you supposed to balance them. Don’t waste your time.

Horrible service. Ordered four tires that were in stock at the day and time I purchased them and the day after. Just to be informed the day after that the tires were not in stock at purchase. They offered me different tires or a refund in 4-5 businesses days. I don’t want different tires and I needed these tires before the weekend. It said 1 day free shipping and installation the day after. So simple tires screwed me with tires that weren’t even in stock.
