Simpley wonderful
Absolutely lovely little shop near Sherwood. Friendly staff and great products. Have done the bathbomb making sessions a few times with my daughter and they’re fabulous.

I love these toiletries so much
I love these toiletries so much, and my whole family can use them even with sensitive skin. It would be great if the company sold classes to teach the skills of making soaps etc since I have never found any other with the same qualities.

Avoid if you're neurodiverse
Avoid if you're neurodiverse. The lady behind the counter shouted at me for wanting to smell what I want to buy. I was after 6-7 new essential oils. I smelt one and got told off in a very rude manner. She said that there were samples behind the counter but after being shouted at I was too nervous to want to interact with her. As I am neurodiverse I prefer my own space and to browse at leisure, there seemed to be around 20 different scents so having to stand at the counter having to ask every time I wanted to smell a different one would've been quite intimidating for me especially after I'd been shouted at.
Surely it would be better to have samples out in the shop for people to leisurely peruse and have the prohibited stock behind the counter? I bought 9 bottles of essential oils from here last time and the lady that was on shift then was very pleasant and didn't have a problem with me wanting to smell the products so I knew what i was buying.
I prefer to buy from local independent businesses as there is usually a more friendly vibe but beeing autustic I'm too nervous to go back after the way she snapped at me. I'll go back to buying from Holland & Barrett until I find an alternative local independent with a friendly vibe to buy essential oils from in the future. ☹️

bath bomb making workshop
We booked for the bath bomb making workshop in the school holidays. My daughter has been doing these for about 8 years now! Still loves going! The staff are lovely and enjoy teaching the kids and they get a quality product to take home and enjoy.

SimpleyNatural does what it says on the tin !
I'm buying SimpleyNatural's products because they are made from natural ingredients, all packaging is recyclable, and they are great to use ! No plastic is involved which is hard to get away from in bathroom products. And the online delivery service is good too.

Great products and service.
Worth a visit just to experience the fragrance when you walk through the door! Great products. The aloe Vera gel is a must have, great relief from bites and other skin complaints. The gift hampers are great too, can be made to order and make beautiful gifts. All this backed by good service. Highly recommended.
