Has been managing five properties for us and each one has severe issues which were not declared
He had tenants deposits directly into his account and made fraudulent AST agreements showing less amounts
Taking management fees and excessive maintenance fees without authorisation
Put a Cancer patient in a flat with stolen radiators and
major structure issues caused by leaking shower by a previous unauthorised tenant.
The list goes on.
Its now become a legal matter so avoid at all costs.

This agent illegally kept my tenant’s deposit in his bank instead of in an assured deposit scheme, exposing us to severe consequences and causing me to lose an entire £1600 claim. Not only that but when he finally admitted his mistake, only after trying to cover it up for several weeks by tricking both me and the tenant, he then spent the entire call claiming that i had somehow ‘also broke the contract’ for having been cordial with a 4yr tenant. Utterly without integrity or accountability. Definitely simple though.
