I have been using Simplified Inventories for the past 4 years, and they have always done a superb job. Cannot recommend them more highly!

Simplifiedinventories came highly recommended when needing check-out and check-in reports for two of my properties at very short notice. Shoebe went the extra mile with accommodating around both old tenants moving out and new moving in.
Inventories were detailed and very clear and also talked me through the check outs which was most helpful with preparing the flats for the new tenants.
Highly recommend would definitely use again.

I remember contacting Simplified Inventories very late for a job after a particular inventory company disappointed me, and Simplified delivered. Many times, we did not have to be there with the inventory manager and the report has always been accurate. I highly recommend Simplified Inventories.

A high level of quality and service. The company produced a very detailed, accurate and easy to read report at the end of the tenancy. The property is part furnished and for that reason required attention to both fixtures and fittings.
I also used their service for the new tenant to check in and very pleased with the consistent result. Would recommend without hesitation.

Fantastic company and great service!

We was provided a quick and friendly service. The Inventory was very in-depth and detailed and you can tell they take a lot of time and effort to inspect the property thoroughly. They are better than the previous companies I have used.

Shoaib was fantastic from the start.Fast and efficient I emailed him last minute for him to do an inventory the next day on a Saturday and he managed to move things around to fit me in.He kept in constant communication with me, who as a newbie I couldn’t ask for a better service and advice. Shoaib is friendly, engaging and very flexible as he rang me late in the evening just to make sure all was at hand and specific requirements that were needed for the inventory.Really lovely guy, best customer service! I had to book this last minute whilst on holiday - Shoaib was super helpful and went out of his way to change diaries in order to accommodate for unexpected changes to my own plans - clearly communicating throughout the planning so I knew what was happening. I was really happy with the professional check in service he was able to provide in my absence. Also extremely impressed with the very detailed/thorough inventory report, emailed to me within a couple of days. I will definitely be using their services again- thank you Shoaib and team!
