Starting on the morning of Saturday 26-08-2023 our website is DOWN due to maintenance work on Simply.com's side.

Throughout the weekend, the problem with the availability of the site persists.

I have written several messages to Simply technical support.

But now, Monday morning comes and the problem repeats again.

We have an online store. The phone in our office is hot because of calls from customers who cannot place an order online.

We are losing money due to poor service on the Simply.com side.

P.S. The last time (23-03-2023) when I left a bad review about the same issue, Simply.com wrote to Trustpilot that my review was fake (although I included my support report number in my review).

Simply.com representatives, I give you advice - instead of trying to remove negative customer reviews, learn how to do normal customer service.

After many many hours trying to solve the problem with the website Filip at SIMPLY helped us out. GREAT.

The website was under DDoS attack, and even with their smallest suite, you would expect support to be extended. This wasn't the case here. Less than 10 minutes after creating the Ticket there was a reply from the support. It was not what I expected, but really happy about the result.

Simply.com is easy to navigate. And has good support.

You have to find the right tech support person. My experience here was like a roller coster and just when I was about to give up on the team, Victor showed up and he was patient and sympathetic to understand my challenges and tried his best to find out ways to help me solve the issue. 5 starts to Victor and super good service and technical knowledge!

I just bought a new domain but accidentally discovered I made an error. I contacted the support team asap and got a fast reply. Unfortunately they were not able to help me, change to the domain I intended to buy. Instead they simply asked me to purchase the correct domain, leaving me with yet a new cost.

It's not about the money but simply the principle of being unable to show any kind of help. I have a hard time to understand it's not possible to make a correction. Now I'm left with a domain I can't use for anything - very frustrating!!!

Seriously, this was not the kind of service I expected. You can do way better than this...a very poor start to what I thought should be a good partnership.

Update as of 22.06.2023:
Following this review I was swiftly contacted by the support team to find a solution. Though we didn't manage to fix the matter entirely, I was offered an acceptable solution. Thus, I have changed my originally review from 1 star to 3 starts. Main reason being the friendly tone and swift help to resolve the matter. I would however have expected to have this settled on the first contact with the support team. As such, still room for improvement but I'm sure this will turn out to be a good partnership in the end.
