I found a particular style and color that I'd been looking for on this site. I placed my order and received an acknowledgement. I next received a notice that the style/color I wanted was not in the warehouse, BUT, they wrote that they believed they could get it and send it in about a week.
They did send it in about a week and I received a shipping notification!
Today the Birkenstocks I wanted arrived and I'm very pleased!
