This was my first experience of the help section of SimplyBook.me. My query was answered quickly and comprehensively.

We are very happy with Simplybookme. The design is very nice and it has all the functions we need.

Alex was very patient and quick with accurate answers.

I use SimplyBook for the local village Tennis Court. The whole process was very easy to set up, and the website looks great too.
The Chat / Help Line is fantastic with a very speedy response. They also have built in AI who can reply just as fast.

Great, helping my need

We are an e-bike service and maintenance provider in Denmark. We were searching for a booking system for our workshop, and after many trials, we were fortunate to find SimplyBook.me. It had everything we were looking for in one place. This system can integrate with numerous payment options, especially those commonly used in the Scandinavian area. It also accepts Danish currency, which is genuinely difficult to find in other booking systems. Furthermore, it integrates seamlessly with popular calendars, such as Google Calendar and Calendly. We highly recommend SimplyBook.me for workshops or any service provider who needs an effective booking system, particularly those located in the Scandinavian region.

It is an okay booking app. Not super user friendly if you need more than just basic reservation setups. Also, most of the team is super helpful, but be aware that some staff sometimes seems like they do not know there own app :P Well, for the price it's okay, not much.

I can't stress this enough, this is the ONLY booking platform you need for any business that runs providing services. it is integratable to any app, marketing service , etc that you need. it is extremely customizable and complex while somehow very easily accessible for someone who has no experience in IT.

The Support Team is one of the best I have the pleasure to work with!

I've been on Simplybook.me for 3-4 months now and still strugging sometimes to understand everything, so I've asked for help a few times already. And it's bloody awesome to have actual people answering you, especially that fast, they are always very nice and helpful and they get to the bottom of my problems every single time - even when I'm struggling to explain everything as I'm not bilingual. It's a good change, so bravo to that team ;)

we have bee using simply book me for years and its the only booking software I could find with reoccurring booking features that worked for us.

Support is very fast and always helpful. The interface takes a bit of getting used to at first, but after a day it's easy to navigate. Overall, it's currently one of the best value-for-money options on the market.

It's been an amazing experience so far. I've been using it for over a year now, and it seems to be adding more useful custom features periodically. I also like being able to get advise via chat at extended hours. Would happily recommend
