complete waste of money. Tenants trashed my apartment and my landlord policy refused to pay out, as they claimed everything was either wear and tear or that each individual item was below the minimum value for a claim.

I don't usually leave reviews, however the service I have received from Mark at Simply Business has been first class.
Even though categorising my business and making sure all necessary covers were taken into account proved rather difficult, he went above and beyond to sort everything out, made all necessary amendments, chased to get everything moving along, when it was nearing the end of the day, etc.
Genuinely very happy and would definitely recommend getting in touch with them if you are looking for insurance - especially if other insurers aren't sure what category to put your business in.

We do send a renewal email with your quote 21 days before your policy is due to expire. This message includes details on how to opt-out if you don't want to renew. We then will attempt to take payment nine days before your policy runs out. We do this to make sure that if your card has expired, we have time to contact you without leaving you uninsured.
If you didn't receive any emails from us or if you need help ending your renewal, please get in touch. You can call our team on 0333 014 6683, so we can look into this for you and make sure that we have your correct details.

Hard to cancel renewal
All options available except the one I need. The one to cancel the auto renewal online. Instead page after page of clickbait telling me how to change the payment, change the cover, change everything expect terminate. Cynical.

Always been simple to renew the policy. I needed to make a claim for carpet after a tenant burnt and got paint all over them, the process was relatively smooth and good communication but they charged me an excess per room for the 4 rooms I claimed for. So for 1 claim worth £1397, I paid £1000 in excess. Just classic insurance companies worming their way out of paying.
