Incredibly difficult to deal with - never had an agent not give a quote or price indication unless I was booking today! Would give zero if I could for customer service

We have used Simply Business Class for many years, and have always found them to be highly professional, with deals on quality airlines we could not match. In particular, for some years we have dealt with a consultant called Vitaliy S, who has proved to be superb. He has navigated us to places from Tblisi to Toronto, from Bucharest to Baku, all superbly organised. Following the great Covid crisis he even managed to claw back a cancelled pan-Pacific ticket that we had assumed had just disappeared into the chaos, as had happened to so many people. Highly recommended.

After searching everywhere for reasonable business class fares to Frankfurt, these guys came through big time. The travel advisor knew exactly which routes would give me the best value.

These guys are the best. They were set with a very difficult task as I was traveling with my dog. But they exceeded in every way. So professional and very helpful. Great to deal with. Highly recommended.

We were booked Business Class on Singapore Airlines from Sydney to Singapore, returning from Hong Kong via Singapore to Sydney. All three flights were excellent, although the set up of the seats is a little confusing when trying to get the bed flat.

Misleading advertising and I had the misfortune of dealing with Vitaliya who was rude and arrogant. Not sure how they make sales with that level of customer service.

FIRSTLY, we have booked with this company before and all went really well no issues etc
So we thought lets get another business class ticket this time to Europe in September 2024.
We were looking for something pretty cheap ( but not nasty) and they found us flights on Vietnam airlines with a stop over in Saigon that we had to stay the night on the way there and they included a room in a hotel in the city to stay. All good until we looked into doing our seat allocations to find out that our flights were all cancelled... it is now only 4 months until we are meant to fly out and we have accommodations booked in the UK etc No one had the courtesy to inform us of this , we had to call them and it took days to get our point across, very frustrating. We did eventually get a full refund , but not happy as no flights and of course other options have now increased in price
