On Facebook it looked fantastic so I ordered and it doesn’t work at all

I see now that I should have looked into the company before I had ordered. I would have saved myself some time and money. I received my order but it is not a bit like advertised so I wanted to return it. I sent an email and have not heard from anyone. I have sent an second email but I'm not very hopeful that I will hear anything. Lesson learned I guess. If you haven't ordered yet, save your money. The customer service is terrible.

Very poor company if it is truly a company and not a scam. 2 months and no order received and get occasional generic email. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!! ships from China.

I bought two alarm cars as in the advertisement but what I received is two garbage plastic cars with a picture of the alarm and when I was checking the battery compartment or even charging site the two mirrors broke , I wish I can upload pictures. This company is a total fraud and I advise everyone not to fall for it, you will lose your money

This company is off the charts as a crook. I ordered sun visor in June that I have not received. They ignore my emails requesting a refund. Email addresses on their site are not correct Save your money and frustration

I ordered a hat plus shipping insurance back in early June. It is now mid-August and I still have not received it. Simply Dwelly is a rip-off. I can’t believe that Shop allows them to screw their customers. Shame on both!

Ordered hats in certain colors - emailed receipt showed something different. Attempted to contact them 3 times - no response. Hats came in wrong colors and poor quality.

I never write a bad review, but I had to for this product. Please do not buy these cheap plastic garlic crushers. I bought 3 for 55€ thinking I would share them with my adult children Big mistake! They say 90 guarantee, that’s a lie. I contacted them to return them, because of the quality. They said keep them and they will give me 10€. I declined, so they sent me their address in China and I would have to pay for postage The cost to send it back is nearly as much as it cost to buy. Save yourself time & stress. This product is not good at all

They are currently advertising remote control XRT off road at 50% off. I ordered 2 of them however they have scammed me by supplying 2 different cars to that which are advertised.
The cars supplied are nowhere near what they are heavily advertising. I want them to supply me 2 XRT Cars that l paid $160.00 Australian around $220 American
or refund me my money. You can't advertise one thing and send cheap stuff instead of the cars advertised. Waiting for a reply. Respectful Stephen Obrien.
