They Simply don't care about their customers
I bought an Apollo Air scooter from this company and two months later it stopped working. This was after less than 10 miles of use.
I described the issues I was having to SimplyEV and they were no help. It took 4 email to this company to get them to clearly state if they would accept a return or not. Initially they indicated I could return the scooter but they had no more in stock so I'd have to pick a different model. Then when I asked about what model and what happened if the replacement was priced differently than the amount I initially paid, they then told me anything I bought had a strict 30 day return policy.
Generally it would take days to get any reply to my email to their customer "support" team.
Skip the hassle from this company and buy directly from the manufacturers if you are looking for an electric scooter or bike from SimplyEV because they simply don't care about their customers.
