I've been a loyal customer for over…

I've been a loyal customer for over four years now: Irene is incredibly talented, and designs the most luxurious, classy washi tape designs I've ever seen. Relative to the many other Etsy/handmade shops, Irene's customer service team is THE BEST (hey Michael!). They will promptly reply to you, even on the weekends, and make sure everything is alright :) Sometimes, my stickers aren't cut properly or the foiling is off, and Michael promptly sends out a new sticker kit to me ASAP. I will forever be a simply gilded loyalist!!
