Don’t deal with this company product

Don’t deal with this company product
I bought an electric sausage stuffer from Amazon for this company
The unit has a factory default when I use it ,
I ask the company to send a technician to fix or they send anther unit
They don’t have the part to fix it and they offer $35 to fix it by yourself
What a company and customer service
DON’T BUY ANY PROCUT FROM THIS COMPANY
It very hard to deal with them

Do not lease from Simply Go

Do not lease from Simply Go! They take advantage of their clients. When returning my car, they determine my deposit and made up damages to equal the security deposit. In my case, they took advantage of me and kept my $4,000. They are mean people, fraudulent and should never be used. I am available for a call if you want additional details. Do not lease from this company! Stephen

After several dialogues with you over the phone, we know that you have been really happy with our concept. That we could help you find a car that suits your demands – and even extended your contract as needed.
I know that your frustration around us lies in the return and the assessment that has been of the damage and lack of cleaning that has been on your car.

Have tried to take the dialogue with over the phone and mail, and have included people who are specialist around damages and sales prices. Again so you could gain an understanding of the appraisal and how the car market is right now. In addition, I would like to refer to your contract which also says that the cars are inspected by a third party upon return and that it is they who determine the assessment.
We are of course sorry that you feel the need to publish your feelings here. We really feel that we have done everything we could to create a picture of your injuries and the assessment so that you would be able to understand the whole picture.

We have been happy to have you as a customer for several years, and hope that we will see you again someday.
