Excellent service from Simply Group.

I recently had this company in to fit my new bathroom, I must say the service from Barty coming to quote the work, to the ladies in the office keeping me updated on timescales was extremely professional. The guy that came to do the work was called Craig, he was professional and polite, he talked me through the plans on day one, checked everything off with me, all access points were covered with carpet protector and the area was kept immaculately tidy at the end of each day. The job was completed to the highest standards and on time. The workmanship and dedication to the job was second to none. I can't recommend this company enough, will definitely have them back to do our en-suite later in the year...Thank you Simply Group NE!

We’ve just had a new bathroom and downstairs toilet done by the Simply Group and it looks unbelievable. The fixtures and fittings are top quality and this was matched by the lads that did the install. They never stopped all week, grafted all week and everything was done to a high standard. Nothing was too much trouble and they even hoovered up when they had finished!

We are over the moon with over new bathroom and downstairs toilet, everyone is like WOW !

We recently had our bathroom and ensuite installed by Josh and Jimmy, with support from Alan and Tim at SimplyGroup, and the whole experience was fantastic. The team were friendly, efficient, and incredibly professional from start to finish. Their workmanship is excellent, and they kept everything tidy throughout the project, which made such a difference. A fabulous team all round — we’re absolutely delighted with the results and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Thanks also to Debbie and Stacey, for being so helpful in accommodating my requests to change some things. Excellent team!

Very pleased with our new bathroom. The fitter (Craig, sometimes assisted by others) was polite, everything went to time and budget, and they were very clean and tidy. Great communications from the office, too. We'll use Simply Group for our kitchen in due course!

New bathroom fitted just before Christmas 2025. From the planning to the fitting everything went well. Lads were canny, worked hard, cleaned up every night. We now have a modern bathroom. Price was reasonable. Would definitely recommend.

Had complete makeover, walk in shower, lowered ceiling, installed spot light, new sink and toilet, wall tiled, new floor and towel radiator
They said it would take 5 days and it was and very reasonable price.

Outstanding service, fitted a brand new bathroom. Was kept updated throughout the process, was patient during the quoting period. An excellent group, would recommend to anyone!

We have recently had a new bathroom fitted. From planning to installation we could not fault Simply Group. Excellent ideas and advice from Barty meant the whole process went incre smoothly. We had a few snags due to the floor not being level but it was sorted at no extra cost to us, without any problems or delays. The workmanship was fantastic and installers were very polite and professional but we couldn’t have done this without the expert advice and communication from Debbie and Stacey. We love the bathroom and we highly recommend Simply Group. Excellent!

Shower fitted to a good standard.Tiling is stunning.The shower is fabulous.The team were professional hardworking, clean and tidy, who turned up on time for the job.What prevents this from being a 5 star review is the fact SG neglected to tell the team they also had to remove a bath,supply and fit an extractor fan.This resulted in having to order extra floiring to re- lay part of the LVT floor damaged as a result of not removing the bath originally,source an electrician to supply and fit our fan thus extending the length of time to complete the job.I am unsure SG would have spotted this error had I not brought it to their attention.SG did move as fast as they could to put this right and did not quibble.If SG take extra care to ensure the team know exactly what is required of them,then they will get 5 star ratings for every job they do.

Had a small bathroom renovation, went through all fittings in details and personalised to how I liked, very friendly during meetings and excellent service when I contacted them with queries and requests. The fitting itself was brilliant, thrilled with my service.

We were very pleased with the finish of the bathroom. Craig how fitted the bathroom was polite and cleaned up when he finished each day.

From initial quote to finished bathroom the guys at Simply could not be faulted.We would have no hesitation in using them again or recommending them to friends and family.

Overall Simply Group were great!! My biggest issue was having so many difficulties during a recent extension & renovation & Barty took this on board & reassured me. Nothing was too much trouble for them, they done extra little unfinished jobs for me which were a huge help, but the most important part of this process was when something didn’t go to plan (we have an old farm cottage), they took ownership and put it right without any hassle. After our recent experience, that was more important than anything else for me. I would highly recommend Simply Group!! Not the cheapest but not the most expensive either and you get what you pay for.. I’ll definitely use them again in the future.

This is a professional company who thinks of everything to make getting your new bathroom as easy as possible. From quotation, customer service to final fitting we've had a great, friendly and professional experience. They may not be the cheapest overall but you definitely get quality.

The whole experience from start to finish was excellent from the initial appointment with Barty to the fitting of my Bathroom. The communications with Debbie and Stacey were really good and the Bathroom Fitter was really helpful and professional. I am really pleased with my bathroom and would highly recommend them.
