Haven't unpacked the hammock yet as I've not had the chance but the delivery company wasn't the best. Said they attempted delivery but nobody was home even though my wife was. And unfortunately for them we have a Nest camera which recorded the days activity and no delivery was attempted. But it did arrive the next day after I raised the issue.

I bought a hammock and frame for my wife (a Mothers Day present!)
Because we were moving house we didn't get round to assembling the product for a couple of months at which point I realised the hammock was too small for the frame! I spoke to Greg at Simply Hammocks and he could not have been more understanding and helpful. We arranged to exchange the original hammock for a larger alternative and we now have the most amazing, comfortable, beautiful, relaxing piece of furniture imaginable in our garden.

I was given a quality hammock for a special birthday. I recently called customer services and confirmed which stand was suitable. They were very helpful. I ordered the stand the following evening and it arrived on the day I expected. The stand was heavy and good quality. It was easy to assembled and now I can make the most of my gorgeous hammock!
