The person i spoke to identified the spare parts i needed from my original order two years ago. They then sent me an email with a quick link to complete the ordering process. The whole experience was efficient and simple and i would definitely rewcomend.

If you can find what you want or can’t make your mind up, the team are always there to help. I made my first purchase from Simply Hammocks in 2017 and the service is still the same, friendly, happy to give advice, will not recommend you something that isn’t suitable for your needs.

Nice quality hammock with vivid colours delivered on time at a good price

This was my second time purchasing a hammock set from Simply Hammocks as the first one was greatly enjoyed by us all for the last 7years. The original purchase is now being passed on to our grandchildren whilst we enjoy a new set. The staff are fantastically attentive and help you identify the optimum products based on what you want. Products arrive promptly and with no problems. Easy to construct and even easier to enjoy.

I found the sales team informative and happy to share their knowledge when I rang to query what combination of hammock stand and hammock to order for my teenage child. They were responsive and proactive when DX failed to deliver one of the parcels - dispatching a new hammock - so my child's Christmas present was ready for under the tree.

Web page was straightforward and easy to use. The selection of hammocks available was great and the pictures bright and colourful. Easy payment process, quick delivery, and most importantly the hammock is as it’s description. My husband will be ever so pleased when he gets it for his birthday.

Excellent hammock! Over the years the whole family, and visitors, have enjoyed spending time relaxing in the garden in our comfortable hammock. It's my special place to wind down and let any tension slip away.

Quality of hammock and stand good. Very comfortable

Very happy with my beautiful hammock and Madera stand . In fact I am gently swaying in my hammock as I type this.
The hammock is so well made that I know I am looking forward to many years ahead in it!
I highly recommend the Brazilian hammock :-)
