5⭐️ Service

I ordered the Marble Arch Black Trim Mirror which was the exact measurements I had been searching for in my space. The mirror was delivered in less than a week so great turnaround, and the live tracking of the delivery was amazing.

When my mirror was delivered I had noticed I was given the wrong item but the delivery driver, Jordan, had sadly gone by this point, I had managed to get in touch with him and he turned straight back around to rectify the situation. I have NEVER experienced courier service like this in my life, I was over the moon by Jordan’s service and commitment.

The mirror is amazing quality, packaged extremely well and sits my room perfectly. The price for this mirror was absolutely spot on, highly recommend and will certainly be a returning customer in the future!

Bad Communication & Delivery Timelines

*Edited after delivery* I placed my order (6369) on 10/01, it said delivery between 5-10 working days. On 19/01 I still hadn’t received any information about delivery, so emailed them but never heard back. 27/01, 12 working days later, I had not received the item or had any information regarding delivery or response to my email and sent another. Also during this time multiple attempts at the live chat but communication as a company is appalling but eventually I received a phone call. A lot of back and forth and uncertainties, but today 10/02 my mirror was delivered and I am happy with it. I believe I only received the call because I put a bad review because it was shortly after that I received the call, but after I received the product I amended my review to 2 stars instead of 1, and then received multiple texts from James who had said in the call that he was the owner, trying to bully me into changing my review, before I stopped responding. I will never use this company again.

I was looking for a large mirror to go in our newly decorated landing and my goodness SimplyHome did just that. I’m in love with our new mirror and it makes our landing! Customer service was brilliant from the questions I had at the start right through to delivery. Thanks so much

Do not use this company

Do not use this company, they took my money in December, and I still have not received the mirror. On the product page, they hide that delivery takes ‘6-8 weeks’ in a drop down. This can’t be right as the very same mirror is available on other websites immediately. These mirrors are not bespoke or made to order they are a mass produced mirror, the same marketing photo is used on multiple websites. The customer service function barely exists, has repeatedly ignored my requests for a refund. Two days ago replied to say they would ‘look into the matter’ I still haven’t heard back. A person running a company on their own wouldn’t take 48 hours to do this, they are not a big name. Tomorrow I will be reporting this business for fraud via my bank.

We serve hundreds of customers every week who do seem to find the information. I'm sorry that you feel as though it's hidden. Regarding our customer services team, we'd been replying the whole way through communication and we will always try to come to an arrangement where the customer is hopefully happy to keep the order for a slight discount. I do accept that when you initially rejected that, the order should've been cancelled there and then and we apologise for the delay in doing so. We totally accept that sometimes our customers don't see the delivery information and this could've been handled more efficiently. Please accept our apologies - the offer of the discount is still there and these mirrors are only 2.5 weeks away now.

Avoid at all costs this is a SCAM

Avoid at all costs this is a SCAM. Purchased a mirror for £299 on the 21st October. They emailed asking where the delivery could be left but failed to do so. I then was expected to wait till the 16th december for delivery I tried cancelling but they told me it would cost me £40, to which I decided I would wait. 16th December comes and i've had no further communication from them. I email them to ask about expected delivery times for tgem to tell me it's been cancelled and they've refunded me. I HAVE RECEIVED NO REFUND. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!

Hello Katrina, thanks for the review. As mentioned, we can't leave a £300+ large mirror outside or with a neighbour unless pre arranged. You initially asked for a refund which was processed and proof sent to you. You then said you'd wait after this was processed. You have received a refund in full so calling us a scam is most certainly inaccurate. We'd recommend being at home during the 3 hour time slot of your pre planned delivery moving forward as this would've avoided any issues. Again please accept our apologies for any inconvenience.

Absolutely awful experience.

I ordered a six foot bevelled mirror, that is not what I received. Not bevelled as advertised and not good quality with warping to the metalwork. After repeatedly requesting a collection and spending an hour on live chat with the unnamed rep disappearing all the time I was eventually informed that I might have to wait up to 2 months for a collection as I live in Wales (near Cardiff, not exactly off the beaten track), as they didn't come to my area often and wouldn't use a courier. This was a surprise as it was delivered by DHL. Customer service was utterly appalling and entirely unprofessional. The owner James left me a voice message (not the phone call I requested) and suggested I just put it on the wall because it would look great, he said they didn't do the bevelled mirror anymore but hadn't got round to changing the details, other than that he could offer me a discount because it was warped and not what I ordered, he emphasised what a "GREAT" deal I was getting.....I think not. Honestly, this company should be selling second hand cars, the worst consumer experience I've had in years. I couldn't have a massive mirror waiting in my hallway for months as I have grandchildren running around and by this point I was worrying that they would cut communication and I would be left paying full price so I was left with little options than to take the discount offered. Trading standards would have a field day with this little company, they are still showing photos of the bevelled mirror now. I certainly wouldn't use them again, it's a lottery as to what you'll get. Buyer beware.

Edit: James, the owner of the company, contacted me again after reading this review. He stated that he was unhappy that I had had such a bad experience with his company and he wanted to make amends. He felt that my review would be off-putting to readers of it and he wanted to make things right. I told him that I wouldn't remove the review but I would be happy to edit it, if given reason to. He then issued me with another partial refund of £100.

We ordered a Brooklyn Black Curved Top Large Grid Mirror, which is absolutely stunning.

Order took a little while to be delivered, but Simply Home were great, they kept us updated with the order progress and responded promptly on any queries even out side of the 9-5.

Mirror looks stunning, great quality and very sturdy.

Delivery driver was great, phoned up and checked in before delivery, brought the item in and made sure we’re happy with everything before leaving.

We’re very happy with the purchase and service, so likely will be returning customer

Fantastic Experience well worth the wait

My husband finally got around to putting up my mirrors and I love them, great quality and very reasonably priced, the only suggestion I could give is that these are sent with a template to get them evenly spaced out fortunately my husband made on and they are just perfect

Refund Obtained

I ordered a 'Vintage Gold Ornate Floor Length Mirror' from ‘Simply Home Mirrors’ on the 4th July 2025 for £169.99. When I purchased this product, there was a significant delay in delivery and the item arrived smashed. After difficulties communicating with customer service, the owner of the company agreed to refund me the whole item cost including delivery. I was not satisfied with the service initially, however once I spoke with the owner directly he was apologetic and swiftly processed the refund.

Excellent Mirror and Service!

I’m super happy with this purchase! The mirror is fantastic- great quality, heavy, and crystal clear. It really fills the room beautifully and adds a touch of elegance. Communication throughout was excellent, the price was very reasonable, and delivery was right on time. Couldn’t ask for a smoother experience. Highly recommend!

Really good quality mirror

Goods were meant to be delivered 5-10…

Goods were meant to be delivered 5-10 days! Came 8 weeks later and the dressing table has a massive crack. Sent the video of how the good were handled. Normally they unbox the goods and check them ! This time round the courier left at the front door dragging the goods . I have asked for a full refund and have now been blocked off WhatsApp and ignored through emails . So disappointed as I have used them before and have been good . All I want is my money back . I would upload the video of the courier turning the box upside and dropping it ! Surprised the glass never cracked which I think it must of been damaged before the courier. No one wants to get back so now I have to go down consumer right act . I can’t seem to reply your response! Do not make as though it was a good will gesture ! I had to message you on all platforms and post the pictures you blocked me on every social media and I got proof and I do not want your discount! I have proof of how your courier handled goods and you have never ever sent me the photos of the back of the dressing table ! You only sent the front and side ! I asked you for photos of the back and you refused to send. And what a coincidence that this last courier never checked the goods ! Yet in your policy it clearly states goods have to be checked on day . They were dragged along the path and slammed ! Then left at the door. I have reached out to Klarna for help with this ! Take your dressing table I want all my money
