Cannot rate this company highly enough! I didn’t think it would be possible for us to get a mortgage but we have!
Big thank you to Liz, Jackie and Aisha, we really appreciate everything you’ve done to get the mortgage approved. They were all so friendly, helpful and reassuring. I couldn’t believe how quickly we went from having a mortgage in principal to a full mortgage offer!

Dealing with My mortagge advisor Max W
No response from email and still waiting for him to submit my application! Gave him so many docs yet his still not responding ! My estate agents are chasing everyday I might lose the house.

A* simply the best, my application was handled by Max Willis and it was excellent, it took time but at the end, worth to wait,

I fully recommend this company. Applying for a 2nd mortgage with poor credit seemed like a minefield, but Simply Lending were brilliant. This is the second time we've used simply for our mortgage, they work so hard and keep you informed every step of the way. They helped us with our last adverse mortgage and in the process it helped us to take control of our finances, after this mortgage term ends we should be able to get high street lending again without need for a IVA or bankruptcy along the way, which seemed may have been our only way in the beginning. The process started of with John, and from that very first phone call we felt this company would help us. John explained everything that would happen and things he would be doing at his end and the options we would have. When John was happy with all our details we were passed to Ria to handle the final process. Again Ria explained everything and made the whole process seem very easy. Even asking her questions towards the end of this process, because i was stuck in which direction to get a answer, she said she would sort it and within 20mins i got a answer for my question. From the start this company have been brilliant, and we both thank them very much for the help we got and making our dream come true.
