From start to finish, Ranjana at Simply Maldives was great. We were celebrating our 30th Wedding Anniversary and Ranjana listened to our needs and found us the perfect holiday in Furaveri, Maldives. Kind, efficient and went above and beyond to find the perfect fit. Highly recommend Simply Maldives Holidays. We will certainly book with them again. Thank you Ranjana.

The keen price from Simply Maldives was not at the expense of Customer Service. We found the expertise and advice from Amit extremely useful. Even though this was our third visit to the same resort we found Amit’s more up to date knowledge from his recent visit really helpful in making our decision.

Would not hesitate to make Simply Maldives our first call next time we are considering visiting the Maldives!

I'll start this review by saying that for any future trips to the Maldives I would not consider using anyone other than Simply Maldives.

Our initial contact was with Mina who helped select the right hotel/island for us based on our expectations, dietary requirements, activity requests etc. All communication was timely and clear and any questions we had were answered promptly. The booking experience alone would have been enough for us to provide a 5* review.

We were lucky enough to have booked direct flights with Virgin Atlantic so we avoided the disruption caused by the closure of the Gulf airports. Unfortunately our Saturday night outward flight developed a fault and, having reached Austria we turned round and returned to Heathrow, arriving back at 11pm. As we landed I turned on my phone and I already had multiple messages from Amit at Simply Maldives. He was aware of the problem, had managed to hold two seats for the Sunday flight and gave me clear instructions on what I needed to do as soon as we were through arrivals.

Amit spoke to a Virgin Atlantic employee in the departures ticket office and synchronised releasing the tickets he was holding with her so that she could give them to us. We left Heathrow at around 23:45 with tickets for the next day in hand.

In the hotel provided by Virgin we talked to other passengers who were either unable to contact their big name travel agents until Sunday morning or had been offered flights by virgin for the following Wednesday and even indirect flights that would take in excess of 20 hrs via India.

The true value of a travel agent is in their response when things go wrong and Amit and the team at Simply Maldives were outstanding.

Just returned from our 2nd holiday to Komandoo. Amit at Simply Maldives was again very helpful enabling everything to go smoothly. Always available to answer any questions giving peace if mind.
Would definitely recommend Simply Maldives if planning to visit these paradise islands.

We’re so glad we took the recommendation to stay at Emerald Maldives Resort & Spa. The island is stunning, the villas are beautiful and comfortable, and the staff were fantastic. The honeymoon package was a lovely touch and made our stay even more special.

We usually travel independently, but we learnt that for a Maldives holiday, it is more cost effective to book through a travel agent. So this was my first time using a travel agent and the price Simply Maldives offered was competitive and their email communication was prompt and clear. But it was during our holiday that we became so thankful that we chose Amit at Simply Maldives, after two hotels tried to place us in unsatisfactory accommodation. On each occasion we contacted Amit about those issues and he immediately intervened so that the problems were satisfactorily resolved (even getting us a great room upgrade at one resort). To put it 'simply,' Simply Maldives saved our holiday and we 100% recommend them.

Booking via Simply Maldives was excellent, Ranjana was so helpful with everything, from various options for resorts to make pre-bookings at restaurants and spa at Dhigali Maldives where I stayed.

We have dealt with Simply Maldives for several years now - dealing with Amit who is efficient, friendly and professional. He has great knowledge of the islands and facilities provided. Nothing is too much trouble.

With war breaking out in the Middle East two days before we were due to fly via Dubai, Simple Maldives took care of everything , making alternative arrangements to make sure our holiday still went to plan. The service from the initial search for the right islands was knowledgeable, professional, responsive and efficient. Wouldn’t book with anyone else!

Just back from our wonderful trip to stunning Cora Cora in the Maldives.
All booked through Simply Maldives with Amit and Kalpna who were exceptionally helpful right from our initial enquiries to booking our dream holiday ensuring our villa requests were passed on too.
Amit even contacted us on our return to ensure everything went well and that we enjoyed our stay in Cora Cora.

Simply Maldives were simply brilliant! We usually put together our own holidays but wanted this to be a very special multi generational trip. Amit listened to the things that were important to us and came up with a few suggestions. He was very knowledgeable about many resorts. The resort we went for after discussion with him was absolutely perfect and communication was excellent before our trip. Amit was also very understanding when we potentially had an issue with our plans. We, our children and grandchildren all had a really fantastic time. I honestly feel it could not have been any better. We hope to use Simply Maldives again - hopefully before too long! Phone them today!

Rajana was amazing and really helped to narrow down my search after feeling overwhelmed by the amount of islands that I had looked at online.
We talked through three options and I decided on Cora Cora , I feel like we hit the jackpot as it was everything and more that I had dreamt of .
I would not hesitate in using this company again they were fantastic!

They are also very knowledgeable on the various resorts and have lots of feedback from other guests to share. Very efficiently booked too.
