Initially they were ok until hot…
Initially they were ok until hot weather hit and they didn’t take account by using faster delivery so one particular medication was spoiled. Contacted thrm asking them to
Ensure future refrigerator meds shipped taking account of weather. Had awful time they denied it was hot asking for all sorts of proof (despite showing air temperature inside the bad of 46c) and dangerously saying medicine was fine to take when manufacturer and another pharmacy said it was now dangerous. I wasn’t even asking them to replace it just take care with the replacement.. za horrible customer service so I’ve removed them as my nhs supplier.
If your meds don’t need keeping cool they’re fine. If they do do not

They were given the air temperature in the package of 46.3 c by a photo but that’s been ignored but repeatedly sent, the manufacturer and other pharmacists have confirmed the mounjairo is not safe.
I stand by everything that was said Their cold chain is not fit for purpose in hot weather

Based on the manufacturer's guidance, this delivery timeframe means the item you received remained within the expected conditions and was safe to use. Our cold chain items are dispatched in specialist insulated packaging that has been specifically designed and validated to maintain the medication within the required temperature range during transit.
To investigate your concerns further, we asked you to provide additional information so that we could determine whether a potential cold chain failure had occurred. Unfortunately, you were unable to provide the information requested. At no point during our correspondence did you confirm that you had measured the air temperature of the package upon delivery.
You also did not advise us during our communication that you had spoken with the manufacturer regarding this matter. If you have since received written advice from the manufacturer, we would be grateful if you could forward this to us so that we can review it.
Our customer service team is trained to assist customers and patients with concerns of this nature, and we can confirm that the information provided to you throughout our correspondence was accurate and in line with the manufacturer's guidelines.
