I had started taking them in March as I was looking for a product that would give a boost to my energy levels, as it’s not easy when you are in late 40s.

After lurking in the background, I took the plunge and purchased a Tin of Ageless NMN with a free tin of TMG. I wasn't expecting much, really, due to recently finishing two containers of some 250mg liposomal NMN that did absolutely nothing for me! This, however, wasn't a bank breaker, and looked a lot more professional with excellent marketing to boot.

I could feel this straight away, I'm talking like when you're very thirsty and have a glass of water to rehydrate, it was that quick. Initially, I put this down to the placebo effect, as I was quite excited, etc., so I wanted to know if I felt the same the following day, and I did. So far only been on this amazing stuff for just under 2 weeks, and I have more energy for sure with less soreness and stiffness, especially in my lower back and knees. I'm 53, so I have upped the dose to 2 scoops of NMN and 4 scoops of TMG; the results are even more prominent. I have this cushioning euphoric feeling that's different from caffeine, as it lasts far longer. I am really impressed, so I will obviously continue to use these products and hopefully experience even better results in the long term.

Fast response and flexible policy

I had just made a reorder and emailed custmer service after I placed my order to confirm that I didn't accidentally have an ongoing subscription plan. I received a reply that same day letting me know that I did have a subscripting plan in place and they would cancel my subscription and order and refund me. The refund come through the following day and I placed my order again, this time carefully taking notice to select 'one time purchase'. Thank you for the prompt fast helpful service 😊 (which is something you don't get very often anymore)

I have been taking Simply Nootropics now for three months. I was ready to cancel my subscription as I honestly hadn't noticed any difference. However, when I went to cancel it I had a fantastic customer service experience with a person who seem genuinely interested in understanding why I was doing this. Which prompted me to read the instructions on my product (I seriously thought I had done this when I received my order!!) Stupidly I have only been taking one scoop a day whereas it was recommended I take two - four scoops! So I have decided to continue on for a further three months, this time taking the recommended dosage! I have been impressed with the speed of delivery of my initial order but also really appreciative of superior customer service. It will be interesting to see how the product works for me once I am doing what I was meant to do!
