Horrendous company do NOT book through them .
We were left at the airport with no one to meet us . The company they had booked us with ceased to work for them 3 weeks previously but we were not informed .
Ended up having to leave our car in short stay carpark so we did not miss our flight which has now cost us & £420 for the week 😡when I phoned customer service they did not want to know and refused to even give us our money back that we paid them .
Full parking lot I got last 8th open floor .took me long time. Coming back my trip no pickup shuttle. I called no one picked up phon. Other people waiting for shuttle more than I hour. I came simply parking lot with other parking lot shuttle. I don't recommend.
I booked a Gatwick South meet and greet with this company for 28 Oct 24. I sold my car on 21 Oct 24 and therefore cancelled the booking and was informed that I would receive a £46.75 refund. The firm now claim I did not inform them and that no refund would be made. Do not use this company as their contact telephone number remains unanswered.
I'd give this review NIL stars if possible. We'd booked approx. 2 weeks meet and greet at Heathrow airport for 04-20/10/2024 in June 2024 with cancellation cover. Just before we were getting ready to head off on our holiday, I decided to double check the Trustpilot reviews (call it a sixth sense if you like) which confirmed that there was a lot to cause concern about this company. I sent an email to Simply Park & Fly to cancel our booking at 15:27 on 03/10/2024 and our booking was due to commence at 17:30 on 04/10/2024 (and subsequently booked with Purple Parking - very good experience). I've now been informed that I didn't let them know in time, which should be "at least 24 hours prior to the departure date". As far as I was concerned I'd given them over 24 hours notice but they're refusing to issue any refund. I will never use this company again.
Used simply park at Gatwick for our holiday September 30th on return in October I noticed my passenger door was damaged told the operative at Gatwick he took photograph of damage told to get in touch by Email.Mailed several time no answer after trying several times was told under investigation, finally got an email stating this was existing damage photo clear asked for proof they sent a photo that shows no damage to my doorstill denying responsibility. If you use them be sure to know any damage to your car will be classed as existing damage,
Not as reputable as they appear. Disgusted with there outcome.
Would love to know the reasons why they thought they could get away with:
- Dash-cam disconnected
- 1/4 tank petrol gone
- Seats adjusted in every possible way (were set to aid back problems and I can’t get it back to how it was) for a pretty short journey
The trouble for the staff is that we actually know exactly why:
- Only the rear dash-cam was disconnected
- the front one was working all the time - Someone had a long conversation sitting in our car with the engine running, heated seat and heated steering wheel on
- Obviously lounging in the warm at our expense, having a chat and not realising that they weren’t as clever as they thought they were.
This car records everything and downloads it to the cloud. So we have a recording of the conversations etc. It now is a constant source of irritation that I twist my back when getting into the car and I haven’t been able to get it how it was.
Also, I had to replace lower priced petrol with more expensive fuel to be able to get home. Not happy at all - we did not give permission for any of this and so consider it theft and trespass - with a heavy dose of entitlement.
Do not recommend at all and expect compensation for this all.
ABSOLUTELY APPALLING - AVOID AT ALL COSTS
We booked to leave our car near Heathrow with Simply Park & Fly. It all appeared perfectly legitimate - it is in fact anything but. It was not at all clear that they are just an agency and our parking was actually with Bee Parking Heathrow who are an absolute cowboy outfit. When we arrived at 4am to park, it was very hard to find - it turned out to be a grottty little piece of waste land down an unsigned lane. They appeared not have any record of our booking but assured us it would be ok so we left our car and keys with them and were taken to the airport in a car (not a shuttle bus as per website details because the shuttle bus had broken down). We also had to pay a £10 additional fee to cover airport dropoff charges which was not made clear when booking.
On return, it took over 2 hours for them to arrive at the airport - not in a shuttle bus but in our own car (because their shuttle bus was out of action again). On inspection the car had been deeply scratched down both sides with a key or similar object - damage which can only have been sustained by leaving the car unattended. The driver said we would have to send photos of the damage to Bee Parking and disappeared. We went back to the car park and were told again we would have to raise the matter with Bee parking. Looking at Bee's website, they say that it is the customer’s responsibility to take many photographs at the site of the carpark before leaving the car – that would have been pretty impossible at 4am in October in a barely lit site. They also say that even if they do accept responsibility, there’s a £750 excess. The carpark was absolutely rammed full and there were many cars on the road outside so I can only assume that they shuffle them around and leave some outside the gates and that’s where our car must have been scratched.
Replies to our emails to simplyparkkandfly and Bee Parking have been replied to just reiterating that we need to have photographic proof before and after and reiterating the £750 excess. I will be reporting both companies to Trading Standards and obviously avoiding both companies like the plague in future.
They took 1 hr to return our car and it was filthy on return, the wheels and bodywork were covered in mud.
My car was returned damage. I reported this straight away to the driver and been instructed to call the office and they will sort out everything. There is no number to the office!!! The only number is mobile number to the parking operator and another number listed on the website, which was never answered.
Finally managed to get an email. I sent several email, most of them never was replied. I have been told that I had existing damage, when I ask for the proof they said that they need to check recording. I ask for photo evidence for weeks and never get them (obwiously there was no damage when I dropped the car, so they couldn't provide any evidence).
Finally I got a response "this is only scratch and dent", so they closing a case and won't be dealing with this anymore.
What a bunch of crooks!!!
Simply Park and Fly operate under many different names on the airports (my parking was Quality Parking Gatwick meet and greet).
Be careful, they don't list negative reviews on their website (my review was never published).
It looks like there is may cases as my one.
We should act together and make sure that doggy company won't operate anymore!

Phoned at 10:30pm as we had collected bags to be told we had a 30-45 min wait.
Phoned again at 11:07 pm to be told the car had just left the yard and would be with us in 10 mins.
Phoned again at 11:23 pm to be told the car was on it's way and the bad weather was holding the driver up. It was wet but not that bad!
Phoned again at 11:35 pm and the operator said he would call the driver and call me back.
He called me back - driver was at South not North terminal. Driver finall arrive at 11:50pm
I booked Meet and Greet at Gatwick Airport with this company. They seem to be associated with Quality Parking.
DO NOT USE THEM!! THEY ARE THIEVES AND LIARS!
On check in it took them 20 minutes to process my car. On return we waited 45 minutes for our car to be returned, despite being told that our car would be there within 30 minutes.
Furthermore, they had used almost a half a tank of petrol in our absence.
AVOID THIS COMPANY.
I was furious to find an enormous scratch down the side of my car which went deep into the metal work in places. It went from the driver's side wing, across the driver's door and along the back door. When the vehicle was dropped off, the driver left pretty swiftly so we wouldn't have been able to report it. It must have been deliberate. We absolutely won't be using this company in the future!
Booked through Simply Park and Fly and had not realised that the compnay actually taking my car was Quality Parking (although it did state this in the confirmation email). Car dropped off as per instructions but when returning the rear left wheel was badly damaged. 'Dont worry boss' I was told 'we will sort it'. well they didn't and dont respond. The only contact number you will find is the call drop off and collection number. They got fed up with me calling and asking to speak to someone. 'we dont have a phone number only email' was the constant reply. I explained that no one answers emails I was told 'only the boss does'. Well he doesn't. I have checked them out on Compnaies house and its clear that Simply Park and Fly and Quality Parking have links. From the number of director resignations and company changes it would suggest that whoever is running the company is simply opening a business then closing a business to avoid liabilities.
tip - if you booked by credit card then report the damage and the credit card comany will refund you the payment.

I don't usually do reviews but this one is definitely needed to keep others away. I booked my parking directly through there website and have them a call 30 minutes prior to arriving. After giving my details the advisor informed me that my car had been booked for the 05/08 as oppose to the 06/08. I agreed that I and done this in error and had emailed them. He told me that he hadn't received the email and would need to pay £15.00. I agreed to pay this following me looking at my emails. Whilst I was driving he rang me 6 times saying that I had to pay the money and would I pay. In the end I told him that it wasn't necessarily to keep ringing me especially when I am driving. When we arrived me paid the guy via BACS. Upon collecting out car today another guy then tells us again we owe him £15.00 as we hadn't booked the car in the today. Bearing full well I knew it had, I asked him to show me proof of this. Which he then said he hadn't paid the fee from when we dropped the car off. Him and my husband got into an altercation. He was then getting into the lift and was then holding his middle finger up at my husband. After all this when exiting the car park, the ticket isn't valid.
He gave me back the ticket which I gave him initially to get into the car park and paid £7.50. I then paid a further £7.50 charge to leave today. On top of the £15.
On top of the £103.00 to park the car.
Please avoid as the individuals working there are rude, intimidating and definitely just scammers.
Do not use this booking Agent, no one picks the phone up in Customer Services, it’s a joke, I don’t actually think the phone is manned, emailed three times and no response, Cowboys, taken my money and will not respond.
We had a super experience with Simply Park at Gatwick. Booking process was easy, it was cheaper than any other parking, and, most importantly, the drop-off and pick-up was extremely efficient. Our flight was delayed by 2hrs on our return and we still only waited 2mins. Highly recommended!

My flight was cancelled so I tried to cancel my booking (well over 48 hours before the booking time) and it was impossible to reach them. Phone, email, web form all ignored and they ended up charging me and refusing to refund.
They are just a booking agent (it’s a one person company as far as I can work out) so you have no come back should anything go wrong.
Again - DO NOT USE.
I am so disappointed with the service received on 14/06/2024.
As advised on my email confirmation I called 35 mins before we were due to arrive at the airport to drop the car off. Nobody was there when we arrived and I called them and was told "the driver will be 5 minutes, meet him by the lift"
5-10minutes passed so i called again and was told "hes just coming up in the lift"
Another 5 minutes passed and i called again "hes nearly there, will be coming up the stairs in a minute" so was it stairs or lift????
After 30 minutes of waiting and the car park cost of £6 increasing to £10 (which was included when i used this company last year) I was told the driver would be 2 minutes and any extra cost would be covered. The driver finally arrived and was not accepting that the extra cost would be covered. he called the main line and was told "if she doesnt pay it we wont take her car" the delay was NOT MY FAULT. No apology or acknowledgement was made and I am disgusted by the lies I was told multiple times over the phone.
Luckily i leave plenty of time to get my flight but if youre a last minute person absolutely do not use this company.
AVOID!! 25 minutes late turning up to collect our car.
On our return, we were delayed. We rung them twice, once from the country we were visiting and once when we collected our baggage. Waited 50 minutes for our car, then they ask for £20 cash as we were late!!
Please do not use, save your money.
I've had more contact with Simply Park today (on the only telephone number they offer for contact) so I am exercising my right to update my review of 3/6/24... The email we sent to bookings... (the only email address available) got a bland reply suggesting some-one would be in touch but that we may be able to hurry the process along by calling the car par number. So far (3 days later and still without a legall driveable car) we have had no further contact so I called and asked to be transferred to someone who could help. Twice these people (the ones who damaged out car) cut me off twice and then they blocked my telephone number. - They are Rogues with a capital R. Please avoid!
