Communication is poor. Often after my responding to a question about my project, it would take days and in some cases weeks to hear back. That may have just been the specific project manager, but that didn't help complete my project. Although they fixed a few functional things, they also messed up the css formatting, and instead of getting everything fixed that I wanted, we went down a rabbit hole of css fixes that didn't work and broke other parts of my website. I finally paid the first invoice, shut down the project. It took over 6 weeks for them to cash my payment. They asked which of the functional changes I wanted sent to me, I replied, and have heard nothing from them. Again, the lack of communication is frustrating, and caused my project to fail. I am out many thousands of dollars and have nothing to show for it. Received an email yesterday that they sold the business.

The team at SimplyPHP saved the day! They were able to quickly troubleshoot and fix a problem with our mission critical application that is used by our customers and internally throughout our company. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend SimplyPHP as they provide outstanding customer service and technical expertise.
