Absolutely shocking company. We booked this company in June to help us move house locally in Bristol. We booked two vans to assist our move. They were due to arrive at 9am on the day of our move. They called me at 8:55, claiming that both their vans had suddenly broken down and there was nothing they could do. They didn’t seem to care about the fact that they had left us completely stuck. They were not supportive in trying to find us another company and didn’t send us any apology after this had happened: we have since put in a complain but have been ignored. Don’t risk using this unreliable company. I don’t normally leave reviews but I don’t want this to happen to anyone else.

The lads who came wete nice. However they damaged many items of furniture, left furniture at our old house, scratched paint in the new house, left scuff marks in the old house, andwere consistently late throughout the day (e.g. late to arrive at the old house, at the new house, and after the second trip). One of them even said how he did not get back until 4am the night before. I tried emailing to resolve this privately, but our concerns were downplayed and after we sent photos of damage, we have been ignored. Our move happened almost a month ago and this is still not resolved.

The only saving grace was that they were friendly at the start. However, they were not the cheapest and we did not recieve the service we paid for. Therefore I would strongly not reccomend.

Absolute disgrace of a company. No care for anyone's belongings. Damaged pretty much all the furniture and "insurance" they have is non existent. Management is arrogant and completely useless. Unable to read simple texts messages and have no intention to replace any damaged goods. Avoid this company like the plague.

the van ! A beautiful sturdy metal side table on wheels, taken apart and left ruined at this end, one wheel totally off , how they ruined this this piece of furniture is beyond me. It was a really well designed thing that was a gift I had for years, utterly trashed.
There is more and more I am discovering, I dread opening the boxes. This company treated my property like rubbish. However that is not all. When it became clear they had brought boxes they should not have that were brothers and it had to go back to my parents house. One of them was out in the street shouting that it was all my fault. She came in and was really rude and aggressive with me. My parents died recently, they know this, they ruined many of my my family heirlooms and now I was getting abuse because they didn’t check with me while loading up the boxes from my parents house. She proceeded to sit in the van outside shouting, it was so upsetting.

Another fantastic move with Simply Removal and storage. The whole experience with Storage and Removal. They have made it all so easy and I would highly recommend. Thanks to Craig for his prompt responses to my many questions. So friendly and I will be using again in the near future

Professional service, well behaved staff. The best part is the response time and responsibilities shown by the owner is commendable. I compared the charges and they were the best.
