They deserve negative stars

They deserve negative stars. I pre-ordered an item that was supposed to take 4 to 6 weeks. The six weeks came and went with no sign of the item. Multiple emails received no response and some of the emails listed on the website are not even valid email addresses. There are thousands of people online claiming a similar experience. Do not bother ordering from this website.

Disappointing Experience and Poor Customer Serviceview Title

I ordered two dresses from this shop, and unfortunately, my experience was far from positive.

Lack of Communication: I reached out multiple times to cancel my order shortly after purchasing, as the items would not arrive in time for my event. I received no response until the order had already shipped, despite my repeated attempts to contact the seller.

Incorrect Items Received: When the dresses finally arrived, they were not as described. The print and cut were completely different from what was shown on the product listing. I provided clear photos and screenshots showing the discrepancies but was met with unhelpful and dismissive responses.

Customer Service Issues: Instead of addressing the problem professionally, the seller’s responses were defensive and unaccommodating. When I tried to resolve the issue fairly and ask for a refund for receiving incorrect items, I was met with hostility.

Overall, I expected better communication, professionalism, and accountability. Receiving products that don’t match the description is unacceptable, and the lack of willingness to resolve this issue left me extremely disappointed. I cannot recommend this shop based on my experience.
