Has lowered my LDL

Always had high LDL until I started taking these. I take 2 per day (1.6g) alongside Activia spread (0.4g+), EVOO and a largely wholefood plant based diet - and LDL now in range for the first time ever. No statins. No side effects. Seems a good investment to lower long term CVD risk.

Use a different courier

I have just returned from holiday to find my supplements in a very weather-beaten package on our doorstep. Once again, Evri have completely ignored my instructions to leave with a neighbour. Luckily, no foxes around this week otherwise it might be strewn all over the road ☹️

Old Fashioned Excellent Customer Service

I found simply supplements when searching the internet for L-Lysine supplement for my cats 3 years ago. Turned out to be much cheaper than the few other alternatives, and even cheaper with their subscribe and save option. Have been using them ever since. At one point I needed to pause for a month, due to accumulating surplus, and was initially annoyed that this wasn't something that could be achieved on their website, as it seemed a bit dated to not offer the control there. I called their phone number, expecting to have to wait a long time, and to then struggle to get what I wanted. However, the call was answered almost immediately, and they were really friendly, helpful, and efficient. I'd forgotten how good customer service could be. Have had to call again a couple more times for the same reason - including once on a Saturday morning - and always get through immediately to someone friendly and helpful. It's amazing how much difference this makes, in a modern world where the opposite seems to be the norm.

EU customs charges?

I asked if there are customs charges if ordering from their Europe website for delivery yo an EU country and they can't tell me. This doesn't make sense, surely they know if they are paying duties when they transfer stock to their EU warehouse or if the customer pays. All other websites clearly state if there are duties to be paid by customer or not.

Experience hard to swallow

The supply recently provided is inferior to previous years in two ways 1. The tablets are larger making them challenging to swallow 2. The tablet does not have a smooth surface which causes them to stick on the tongue and throat. Combined these defects make them IMPOSSIBLE for me to swallow. I have tried halving them, but the broken edges scrape and stick just the same This is unacceptable. I have been trying and trying to swallow them since June last year. I gave up taking them for about 3 months sick and tired of gaging, until I resorted to crushing them and taking with a spoon of yoghurt. I don't want any more of these and am closing my repeat order.

They are incredibly difficult to…

They are incredibly difficult to swallow now. There was no warning of mentioned about the changes on the size anywhere so I just found out when I opened it since I haven't purchased for a while. It's disappointing for me because I thing the original size and formula was high quality and worked better.

shape changed - huge tablet

Disappointed - since my previous order the shape of these huge tablets has now changed to an even bigger & more square shaped edge, I am unable to swallow, get stuck in throat - unfortunately heading for the bin, I will not order again

I am usually very pleased with Simply…

I am usually very pleased with Simply Supplements, but their current courier is a disgrace. My parcel finally arrived, but was delivered very late. The first pale excuse for non-delivery was that the courier had been unable to locate my property. What a joke! We have had parcel delivered from the Simply Supplements for 7 years and that did not happen. Simply Supplements need to change their courier company. The parcel was eventually delivered today, but there was another twist in the saga. I was waiting in my flat for the delivery and, after a while, as nobody had come to the door, I looked at my email and it said delivered. I could not believe it. So I went downstairs and the parcel was left unattended in the entrance hall, anyone could have nicked it. The driver could not be bothered to ring the bell and give it to me in person. So, what the point to give us a time for delivery, make us stay at home to wait for it, and never bother to ring our door bell! Huge lack of professionalism from that courier company. I am still waiting for a gesture of good will from Simply Supplements to compensate me for the inconvenience as I needed the products urgently. Still, I hope it won't happen again, and trust they will now change courier and use Royal Mail again. All in all, I am satisfied with Simply Supplements.

These stink!

No problems with the purchase, but these tablets taste awful and smell worse. If you buy them, don't put them in a daily dosset box with other tablets, because they contaminate everything. Even the cupboard where the bottle is kept stinks. The only supplement I've ever thrown away up to now was green-lipped mussel extract. These might go the same way, and my brain will have to rot.

Straight in the bin ..

Straight in the bin ... I gave it a try because it was described as having an apple flavour. The only thing that came close to an apple was the colour ... it tastes like boiled cabbage that's been left in the sun and then run over by a bus.

YOUTHFUL AND BENEFICIAL TOTALLY!

I have been taking Selenium 220mcg with Multivitamins & Iron for at least three years, and along with Omega 3 I believe the following has had a youthful effect upon oneself. I am 54 years old and literally have no grey hair, nor am I receding at all. I have always relied on Simply Supplements, and their efficient and always on time delivery... Top Marks from me every-time!

Incorrect order number

Incorrect order number, no confirmation email, no tracking email. Told it would take another 24 hours for tracking email to be sent... order delivered 20 minutes later so rather redundant!. So, I'm left with no paperwork except delivery note... online order details Incorrect. Customer many, many years and used to be consistently 5☆. Now customer service is rubbish. Only gave 2 stars because product is still good,
