Avoid for sure. Had a booking with them, closed the bar early and they simply didn't attend nor reach to inform us they won't be attending. Absolute joke of unprofessional. Most definitely avoid!!

I would use someone else - they can't be any worse & there's every chance they'll be better.
l think you're ok if your problem is super quick & easy for them to solve. If it's going to take a bit of time or is a slightly more complicated job, you will not see them for dust.
The slick & shiny website makes it all sound so professional & customer focussed. Sadly “Satisfaction is not Guaranteed”. In fact their Guarantee is not guaranteed!
I paid for rat proofing in my kitchen that was guaranteed for a year.
The rats came back .
Maybe if they'd spent a bit more time on the job in the first place rather than being in a massive hurry; told me it would "take all day" , I went out to buy them coffees and when I returned 10 mins later they were already finishing up! And just like every cowboy tradesperson I've ever encountered, they complained about previous builders, said it made their job so difficult. So it would have been done even quicker!
The rats came back but Simply the Pest did not; they will probably come back on here & say they did come back several times . But this was always with a quick fix to fob me off , new bait , new traps . But never to come back & properly rat proof my kitchen .
There is only so much calling & messaging & chasing up you can do.
Sadly it seems the guarantee means nothing to these guys & when it comes to me & my rat problem, they could not give a sh**.

Had squirrel’s nesting in my loft. Simply the pest come and removed them with out no hassle. The great thing is that they didn’t kill them they captured them and sent me a video of them releasing them in a park so they can live still. Great service!!

They came out the same day to search my loft for rodents. Really put my mind at ease and no charge for the search. Found nothing and were honest and didn't rip me off. Fantastic service and I definitely recommend.

I had to get rid of a rodent in my flat. simply the pest were simply the best :) it wasn’t the easiest of jobs since the rodent was beneath a bathroom fixture. Joe and Chris were very prompt, very clear about what the problem was and how they would fix it. It was done swiftly, for an extremely reasonable cost given the location of the rodent and done quickly with everything cleaned up after they finished. I hope I never have to use them again, but god forbid if I did, no question I’d call them again.
