Hi Marianne,

Thanks for taking the time to share your thoughts — we’re sorry to hear you didn’t get the experience you were hoping for.

To clarify, our Premium plan does offer enhanced access compared with the Free plan, but it does have certain limits — for example, you can view up to 30 company reports per month, manage up to three portfolios, and save up to three screeners. If you need truly unlimited access (including unrestricted company reports and export features), that’s only available on our Unlimited plan. Here's a link to better understand subscription plan limits: https://support.simplywall.st/hc/en-us/articles/10072135570063-Understanding-the-Subscription-Plan-Limits

We can see you’re already in direct contact with one of our support specialists, and we can confirm that your subscription is still within our 14-day money-back guarantee window. We’re happy to keep working with you via email to either fully resolve the experience or help you with cancellation and refund — whichever you prefer.

We genuinely appreciate you trying Simply Wall St, and we hope we can turn this around for you.

Hi Mike,

Thanks for letting us know, and we’re sorry you ran into trouble getting in.

There are a few common reasons this can happen, and the following usually fixes it quickly:

• Hard refresh the browser (Ctrl+F5 on Windows or Shift+Command+R on Mac)

• Clear your browser cache and cookies, then log back in

• Check you’re logged into the right email, especially if you use multiple devices — sometimes a second account is created by accident

• Double-check your password or try typing it manually instead of using autofill

• If you’re on mobile, update the app or reinstall it

• Disable VPN or firewalls if you’re travelling or using a privacy tool, as they may block access

If you still can’t get in after trying those steps, please reach out to us directly through email (support@simplywallst.com) so we can take a closer look and make sure you’re fully set up.

To include chapter 11 companies on the advice list for investment is completely unacceptable. The narratives are not impressive either

Hi,

We understand your concerns about investment quality and narrative standards.

For narratives, we have strict quality criteria including:

• High-quality analysis with clear future business perspectives
• Well-written content free of errors
• Original work that follows our community guidelines (https://support.simplywall.st/hc/en-us/articles/10469801235471-Criteria-for-Narrative-Featuring-Eligibility)

All narratives are reviewed by our internal equity analysts before featuring. We require compelling analysis backed by quantitative data and clear valuation justification.

Your feedback helps us maintain these standards. If you have specific examples of concerning content, we'd be happy to review it, please send to us by emailing support@simplywallst.com.

Thank you,

Great experience

This is great & really help for my investment decisions specially long term aspects, but negative experience is, I can't add some of stocks to my portfolios due to unavailability in DB such as COSE: COMB.X0000, HNB.X0000, SEYB.X0000, If arrange to add those, it's really meaningful & almost perfect.

Hi Nalin,

Thank you for the kind feedback—we’re really glad to hear the insights are helpful for your long-term investment decisions.
Sorry to hear about the issue with adding some stocks to your portfolio. That’s definitely not the experience we want you to have.

We checked on our system, and all of those tickers you mentioned are available on our platform and you should be able to add them to your portfolio.

If you are still having trouble adding them, kindly email us through support@simplywallst.com and we will be happy to assist.

Regards,

I subscribed a few days ago

I subscribed a few days ago, so I'm not very familiar with Simply Wall Street. A suggestion is to change the background from black to a more subtle color. Black on white with some gray lettering is difficult to read..

Hi Will,

Thanks for the feedback and for subscribing to Simply Wall St!

This is also something we are working to improve. Currently, changing the platform's background color isn't available. As an alternative, you can adjust your device's display settings, like changing the contrast rather than just brightness. An EXCELLENT Service Experience!

This company has amazing service!

I purchased Simply Wall St's product only to discover I bought a longer period than I meant to and that I couldn't afford. Their amazing support team was not only extremely understanding but also offered and gave me a refund!

This level of kindness and understanding is pretty much unheard of in business these days and I think anyone who can afford their service and finds it useful should go ahead and get a subscription with them secure in the knowledge they are doing business with a company that has excellent ethics and will likely help them out any way they can if there's some sort of issue they are having.

All of that said I should be clear the only reason I cancelled was because I am literally broke, not because the service is anything but super useful! If you have the spare coin then Simply Wall St offers a great product that does what it advertises and does it well; it's a really useful package of information and their visualizations and things are super handy!

Note: This review originally looked different; it has been amended in light of the company's stellar efforts to solve my issues (most of which were my bad anyway)!

Hi,

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re genuinely sorry for the frustration and distress this caused, especially given your personal circumstances.

First, to clarify the pricing: we do not offer a monthly plan or a one-month trial. Our subscriptions are annual plans only, with a 14-day money-back guarantee. The “monthly” amount shown on our site is a price comparison to help illustrate the annual cost when broken down per month, but billing is always annual. We understand how this could have been unclear, and we’re sorry for the confusion.

Second, we sincerely apologize for the difficulty you experienced when trying to cancel. Cancellation is intended to be straightforward and accessible, either directly from the Plans page or by navigating to Subscription & Billing → Cancel My Subscription in your account. Based on your feedback, it’s clear that the process did not feel clear or reassuring, and that’s on us. We’re actively reviewing this experience to make the cancellation path more obvious and less frustrating.

Most importantly, we want to assure you that we can accommodate and process your cancellation and refund request. To do this securely, we’ll need you to contact us directly using the email address registered on your account, so we can properly verify your subscription and take action as quickly as possible. Kindly indicate that you're requesting from your Trustpilot review.  Please email to support@simplywallst.com.

Again, we’re truly sorry for how this situation unfolded. Thank you for bringing this to our attention—we appreciate the opportunity to make this right.
