Do not buy anything from this supplier. This company is scamming customers. They immediately charge your credit card and you never receive your order. I placed an order on April 1st, 2021 for two model engine kits and a locomotive model kit totaling $110.73 and received nothing. The shipping tracking number is useless. They changed their customer contact info frequently so you don't know who to contact. This was a very disappointing purchasing experience. Now, their website at www.simpola is not available.

Could not concere more I ordered 1 motor kit and a present for my grandsons BIRTHDAY. Same emailed my purchase had been paid. Not getting a response I email them thank you for your purchase order is in progress will ship very soon appreciate your patience covid has made shipping difficult appreciate your patience. Now no response from Simpola view order shop un available to connect email could not contact sender. All this since April 2nd plus they done how added to the amount probably the shipping they never did clearly dirt bags. Do not I repeat do not do business with them. There is a rumor Pelosi owns the company. I'm not surprised.
