Got this for my husband for Father's Day. He loved it!!! Artist submitted quickly the drawing. I wanted sideburns for husband and sent the request. Artist made the change and submitted back just as quickly. Very great service. Have recommended to friends.

Loved everything about my commission. My husband was thrilled with his gift. The only weird thing was that the email asking for the review was the completely wrong name. *shrugs* But the product itself came out beyond expectations.

Avoid! The Business practices of this company are outrageously bad. My first picture was just creepy. My gorgeous nine-year-old daughter looked like a middle-aged deranged male elf. I ask to have that redone. The second was slightly better. And they didn’t communicate with me that it wouldn’t be here for Father’s Day when it was a Father’s Day gift that I purchased with their Father’s Day special a month in advance! If it wasn’t going to arrive in time they should’ve updated me but they didn’t say anything or even generate a shipping label until it was already too late, the night before Father’s Day at 11 PM. They only generated the label once I reminded them that I wanted a tracking number. I didn’t have anything to give my husband for Father’s Day because the only thing I had was a tiny proof so I spent $155 not to have a Father’s Day present. If you order something specifically for holiday using the companies holiday special and they don’t even ship it before the holiday you should be able to get a refund. Right? Wrong. They refused to refund me. All I got was attitude, sarcasm, and downright mean words this from a customer service person who also happen to be the artist… Is this ran by one person? You’ll also notice that they only publish five star reviews on their website, you can’t leave a review on their Facebook page, you can’t even make a visitors post on their Facebook page and if you say anything bad which myself and two or three other people did yesterday you are immediately deleted so that you can’t be found any more under posts. I filed with my bank and I’m gonna get my money back. This is ridiculous! Worst idea I’ve ever!
