I phoned ahead and popped down to see Gerry and discuss my pressure washer requirements and the Company offerings. There and then Gerry built up my preferred Kranzle Gold Package talking me through the components and how to achieve the best effect out of my purchase. Had been planning to replace my venerable 'yellow' pressure washer with a Kranzle unit for a while when the decision was made for me mid-use one day recently when it died.
I spoke to Gerry and his advice was both impartial and enthusiastic in answering my questions. Decision made swiftly thereafter to buy the K10/122 TS unit with long lance and 10m hose.
Delivery was excellent, pricing very competitive, set up simple and the difference in user experience is like night and day. It's a brilliant piece of German engineering.
Some post delivery queries have been admirably handled by Gerry and Helen and I'll be ordering some additional accessories in the near future.
Honestly, the service and advice from both of them has been fantastic and I couldn't recommend Simpsons high enough.
I guarantee you won't be disappointed.

I emailed sales over a weekend asking for a quote, Gerry was catching up on emails and responded - I asked if I could have a couple of different pieces - longer hose and a splash guard. All agreed and dispatched on Monday morning. All received, well packed which often isn’t the case with other suppliers…. To my surprise and delight Gerry included a lance as he realised I needed one with the splash guard. The all in price was really competitive and coupled with exceptional service I would be giving Gerry and the team my business going forward!

Jerry had the solution from the start and has just sent out my part 1st class. I will now be using Simpsons 1979 from now on for all my parts and service needs. Thank you!

Great advice from Gerry with lots of help both by email and on the phone.Looked at various configurations of a Kranzle set up and ended up with an excellent machine at a great price. All the accessories selected are interchangeable and everything goes together brilliantly! The machine is superb quality and an absolute pleasure to use. Top notch! - Bought some quick connects from Gerry and was so impressed I contacted him about a price match on a machine on Saturday, Sunday night he replied and agreed the price match.

I rang and paid for the machine Monday, Tuesday he rang to say he could deliver it in person on the evening as I'm not far from them, so Gerry arrived and I am very happy - couldn't ask for a better service.

Fantastic company. Helen was really helpful in answering all my stupid questions, and took the time to go through things to make sure I was happy. Ordered a Pressure washer Friday afternoon, arrived first thing Monday.

So pleased, I've just been back and ordered more supplies.

Having decided to buy a kranzle power washer, but having little knowledge, I contacted Simpsons and spoke to Gerry. He was knowledgeable, friendly and, unlike other companies he had plenty of time to talk me through a package that was suitable for my requirements. He even went to the trouble of sending me emails with a breakdown of all the extra accessories that I required, with various alternatives. He even went to the trouble of recommending me where to get other products that I required(unrelated to the Kranzle).
I made numerous phone calls with various questions and on each occasion he went above and beyond in explaining everything to me, and he made sure I fully understood.
Obviously I purchased my package and it arrived on the exact day I required. Everything was perfect from start to finish.
I have no hesitation of recommending this Company, and especially Gerry who was a gentleman.
Will no doubt be making further purchases from here in the future.

I recently purchased the Kranzle K10 122 TS from Simpsons. I knew it was going to be a fantastic machine, and it has certainly exceeded my expectations that's for sure.

I wanted some alternative accessories and a quick release set up to suit my needs, Gerry gave me all the advice I needed and I purchased a complete system that works perfectly for me. Everything I needed was in stock which was just great.

The quality of the machine, the accessories, and the stainless steel TEMA connections are exceptional, I have no doubts whatsoever that my set up will last for many years.

I contacted Simpsons Kranzle requiring a bit of advice for a custom Kranzle set up. It's a rather specific build and not knowing exactly what I needed to make it work, I was delighted to get an in-depth response from Gerry, the owner.

He not only promptly answered all of my questions but also offered advice about how the set up could be improved. I put the order in and it arrived first thing the next day.
