Great service! Friendly and helpful staff throughout.

I did not know where to start with my move back to South Africa after many years in the UK. Fortunately, I found Simpsons through Google. Their friendly, informed and courteous team assisted me all the way. I look forward to receiving my much loved goods in Cape Town.

Super efficient and responsive from the initial quote, to the office team organising and scheduling to the packing team. The UK packing team, led by Sean was on time, careful & considerate to my packing requirements.
Was impressed by the end log and barcoding of each parcel for tracking. Based on I have high expectations all will go well with the destination delivery.

The lady I was usually talking with Hayley Miliman she is brilliant she walked me through it and explained everything so there was minimum stress as is well known moving it is very stressful they made it very easy for me

The team have been super helpful throughout the process and the removals team were efficient and took great care in packing everything up. Any concerns we had were immediately addressed via email/phone very quickly.

The service was excellent. Right from the start we were kept updated about what would be happening. On the day that we moved the team turned up on time and were very hard working. Nothing was too much trouble even when we made some last minute changes.

They were understanding when I wasn’t fully prepared and worked with me to make sure that I had everything I needed and they took everything that was meant to go!!

The movers were very efficient and friendly. My contact with the main office has been ok.

The removal men that came to clear were fast, effective, conscientious and friendly. They made what can be a stressful time enjoyable.

We've had an excellent experience so far with Simpson Removals for our move to Italy from London. We've not yet received our shipment on the other end but the pickup, admin, and coordination went very smoothly and the movers did an amazing job in getting our house packed up. They were fast and came with all the right equipment to get the job done. Would highly recommend! Thank you to Hayley, Rachel and the rest of the team!

John Moyers the move manager is outstanding- super empathetic and really friendly. the guys that came into the house to pack were fab too- very respectful and nice people. So far, i have enjoyed working with them I now have to get the shipment- if i do in within the agreed timeframe then I can say I would recommend 100% and I would choose them again.

All the staff members were helpful and responsive to my needs. In particular, John M who took my first call tried his best to make things work out for my circumstances, including squeezing in a pressing deadline, providing options in quotes when things were uncertain and processing prompt refund for a smaller final packed volume. Jamie and Reece who came to pack and remove were courteous and efficient.

Very helpful from the beginning, the van boys were very polite and so efficient. Excellent liaison with the office.

From start to finish, there was a clear updates and communication was consistent. John in the UK was fantastic and really helped with advice and information.

The packing crew were great - polite and experienced. We got lucky with the timing, and on the other side the delivery crew were equally professional.

We researched and spoke to a lot of movers, and had a tough decision to make. We are very happy with the experience we got from Simpsons and would be happy to use again.

We used Simpsons International to help with a move from the UK to the EU. From the beginning the service has been great. The moving quote was competitive compare to other companies but the service was where they shone. Our move manager was helpful, responsive and knowledgable. All of my questions were answered to satisfaction. The service of the packing and moving crew was great. Both gentlemen were respectful, efficient and communicative. My house was packed up in no time at all. We are now waiting for our things to arrive but up until now, we are very happy that we went with Simpsons for our move. Thank you all for your help!

The guys were on time, friendly and very helpful while here, they did everything that was asked plus more, answered all my questions and even found out a answer they werent sure of, they left everything tidy and neat and were extremely efficient, I would recommend them to anyone moving.
