I order a Thrustmaster T-GT2 servo
I order a Thrustmaster T-GT2 servo. The goods arrived in good time. I used the product for 2 hours before the item stopped working. I contacted Simracewebshop.com on the 28.01.22. I got a response on the 29.01.22 saying how sorry they were to hear. I was looking for a replacement as the item was brand new. I was told by Marco that my warranty was with Thrustmasters and to contact them. I did try ringing them to discuss but they only open 5pm-6.30pm Tuesday to Friday. I could not get through to them after trying for 3 days in a row. I also logged the complaint on their website. Finally on the 02.02.22 I got a mail from Thrustmasters asking me to follow a Bootloader procedure which I had attempted numerous times over that weekend but had no luck. After I filmed the attempt as requested Thrustmasters suggested I send the product back to them for a repair. I wanted a replacement only as the product was brand new. I went back to Marco who provided no support. He kept mentioning the warranty was Thrustmasters etc. He wanted me to pay for the return shipping to Holland which I found very unfair as I had done nothing wrong. The tone in which he spoke to me on the mail was very poor also. I would not be retuning to make a purchase from Marco in the future.

Ordered a wheel through SRWE..
Ordered a wheel through SRWE... Great price, advice and communication. An issue outside of the sellers hands required me to return the wheel before I even opened it, however SRWE were fantastic and refunded me as per their policy.

Hi Alex, you have pre-ordered a product what have to come on the market. With the corona time and the export problems from Hongkong to europe take this a long time. So we expect between 22/01 and 31/01 stock. We have to wait on our stock something we can’t do anything about it than just wait.
