The course venue was very welcoming and the attendees made to feel welcome. The tutors were very experienced and very knowledgeable in their field of expertise. They encouraged interactive participation and open questioning. The course content was relevant and re-enforced understanding in Aerodrome / Emergency Planning. I personally found the course enjoyable, relaxed and friendly, ideal opportunity to network and discuss other topics. I would recommend the course to anyone who has an Emergency Planning remit or an interest in the area.

Hands down the best Emergency Planning course I've been on, for Airport related incidents.
I had been in post as the EP officer at Guernsey Airport for 7 years and had attended other EP courses offered by other training establishments, but this course is focused on the Airport. Tommy Murney delivered part of the content and how it relates to 139 regs and it was brilliant.
Learnt more on that course then in the previous 7 years!
Also... I have an EP assistant, who came from an Ambulance Emergency Planning background, and new nothing of the ICAO and CAA etc... regs.... by the time he completed the course he new exactly which documents to find the information required!

Fabulous course run by excellent engaging instructors, with up to date content, using real incident to support the learning.
The Supervisors course I attended was refresher, but the first time time with SimTrainer UK, this I can honestly say was one of the best courses I have attended, and the best Supervisors course by far.
As the RFFS training manager at my airport I have request that all course of this sort is undertaken with SimTrainer UK as it meet all our needs and more. Highly recommended

Just attended the Senior Manager (Operations) course, outstanding team of instructors- (thank you to Jim, Phil and Neil), who made it an engaging 3 and a half day course.
A must attend course for any supervisor who may be required to operate at or provide briefing at a tactical level.
