Sinc was the best option we found for our hvac business
I like the clean interface. Sinc also lets employees adjust punch times in case there is a mistake or they forget to punch (trust me this will happen) but all employee adjustments must be approved by the administrator. I also like the way employees can leave notes for any shift at any time. (Great for expenses, perdiem etc...) the excel spreadsheet sheets for shift summary are also well made.

Sinc is great! Reliable and easy to use for myself and my employees I love how i get notifications on clocking in and out and where they are located.

This Program is one of the best! I had looked into others but they didn't seem to offer as many of the perks SINC did.So many user friendly options. I love that I can track my guys from job to job. They can log in and punch in from anywhere. It keeps accurate hours for payroll.
The admin setting gives you everything at your finger tips. Works with my android device splendidly.
You can add and delete users with ease. Its just an overall awesome program, that you must try. You will be glad you did!!

Sinc has allowed my company to keep excellent track of not only when our guys punch in and out but WHERE. When most of your work is on the road its good to know progress they have made.

I LOVE being able to track my employees times in an app rather than the regular time clock in the office. We started using this app last season and can`t be happier. Makes the employees more liable for their times.

SINC is great! It helps us keep track of payroll and time management per job. It's very easy to use and if you need to correct something, the admin can do so.

Pros- easy to use. Can export completed shifts. Ability to track breaks. Adjustments to shifts are quick. Alerts sent when employees adjust time.

Cons- I would like more control over how a lunch break is tracked. Currently breaks and lunches are entered at the end of your shift which dkws not allow accurate recording of time.

Overall- very pleased with the app and will continue using and recommending to others.

This product works great and is easy to use. It gives me piece of mind that everyone is where they need to be when I am not around.

Ive been using SINC for a while now. I struggled looking for apps which helped track employee times until i stumbled onto SINC. this is not only easy to use but works really well. Also has a lot of extra features that help out in keeping track of your employees and has constant updates and added features to become even better over time. We as a company and I myself definitely recommend sinc. Im not wasting my time anymore with other apps who charge you and still fill you with ads and bugs. Sinc is the way to go. fully recommended.

We are a small wood flooring sales and service company. SINC is great at helping us keep track of who is working when and where. It is most helpful in figuring more accurate job costs.
